Itc Ratnadipa, A Luxury Collection Hotel, Colombo

We recently visited the ITC buffet and had a very pleasant experience overall. I must say it’s the best buffet in colombo..The food was very good, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. However, there were a few areas that could be improved. We noticed some dirty cutlery on the table, and unfortunately, the service staff overlooked our request for water, which is a basic service expectation. We had to wait for some time before receiving a glass of water, and eventually, a chef stepped in to attend to our needs. We truly appreciated the chef’s attentiveness and willingness to help, which made a positive impression on us.

An Absolutely Outstanding Dining Experience at ITC Ratnadipa. We visited ITC Ratnadipa with our family for the lunch buffet, and the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the luxurious atmosphere, elegant surroundings, and the warm hospitality of the entire team. The buffet was absolutely fantastic, with delicious food that exceeded our expectations. Every dish was a delight, and the overall dining experience was truly memorable. What made our visit even more special was the outstanding service. Every member of the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, attentive, and professional. They treated all of us with genuine care and made sure our family felt comfortable and well looked after throughout our visit. ITC Ratnadipa truly delivers a world-class luxury hospitality experience, combining excellent food, a stunning ambience, and exceptional customer service. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a premium dining experience with family! We had a wonderful time and would absolutely love to visit again. We were seated at Table No. 2, which was served by your stewardess Ms. Wathsala. We were informed that she is a trainee. Throughout the evening, her service was flawless: Her grooming was impeccable, her manners were extremely polite and respectful, and she served with a genuine and warm smile. The table was maintained spotlessly, she was incredibly attentive – anticipating our needs without us having to ask. She managed all tables with remarkable speed, grace, and calmness, even during the busiest moments of the reception. What impressed us most was her positive attitude and dedication.
