Exceptional stay and dining at Hilton Colombo! You can't beat the prime location, and the hotel maintains the highest standards of cleanliness. The rooms were spotless, and housekeeping did a super job keeping everything pristine. We also had a wonderful time at Graze Kitchen—the ambiance and interior are beautiful, the food taste is exceptional, and the staff service is top-tier. Highly recommended for both a staycation or an unbeatable dining experience in Colombo!

Quite a mixed experience I had at Hilton, as I stayed there for about 3 weeks. Housekeeping was poor. Nearly everyday they missed putting fresh towels and dental kit, I had to call and ask for. The rooms were not properly cleaned, there are small cockroaches in the toilet. Bedsheets were not changed even on alternate days. The responsiveness was quite poor. Quite a bit lack of ownership from duty manager and team. The whatsapp chat was useful. Food quality was poor for room service, tried both Sri Lankan and regular menu. The staff at Graze (bf place) were excellent; always smiling and received prompt service inside the restaurant!! Food is just ok, expect a bit better from a Hilton!. The ambience is very enjoyable!! The health center is accross the road; interesting location. Crossing the garden and overbridge to reach the spot! Adequate facilities!! Overall, bit underwhelming experience on the very basic but essential amenities (room / housekeeping).

We visited for high tea, and I just had to leave a review because the service truly stood out. A special thank you to Rahuman, who made our experience even more memorable. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. He made sure everything was perfect without us ever having to ask. He was always around when we needed assistance, explained everything patiently, and had such a positive attitude throughout. It’s rare to come across someone who is so cooperative while making guests feel completely comfortable and valued. What impressed me the most was how natural and effortless his hospitality felt. He wasn’t just doing his job he genuinely cared about making sure we had a wonderful experience. Those small gestures and attention to detail made a huge difference and went far beyond our expectations. The high tea itself was lovely, but the exceptional service from Rahuman was what made the visit truly unforgettable. People like him are a real asset to the team. Thank you for making our afternoon so special. we’ll definitely be back and hope to be served by Rahuman again!

I had a really wonderful stay at Hilton Colombo. Everything was amazing from the beginning until the end. The check-in experience was smooth and welcoming, and all the staff members were very kind, friendly, and helpful during our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. I also loved the view from the room, it was so relaxing and enjoyable. One of my favorite parts was the big swimming pool, which was perfect for relaxing and spending quality time. The breakfast was excellent with many delicious choices, and everything was fresh and well prepared. I truly enjoyed my stay here and would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommended!
