Global Towers Hotel & Apartments

I would say this is the best alternative to Granbell Hotel. There are some ongoing renovations. It's a very nice hotel with basic rooms, a washroom, proper AC, and a tea and coffee kettle. It offers an infinite sea view and is truly an amazing budget-friendly option. If I had to mention one con, it would be that there is no tap in the washroom, and when you sit on the high commode, the upper part moves, which can be a bit problematic. Love from Bangladesh.

I've been there several times and the experience is actually neutral. Overall ,The staff was friendly. But the very first time I went there ,the buffet manager wasn't actually cool. He was giving off looks ,I mean like his face looked rude didn't even smile. But the last time he was friendly. Buffet is like fully self service,you have to put your bread to oven by your self. I really like the Penne Pasta they had. I had it for all the dinners I took from them. Their salads are good too. For dessert every time it was water melon, papaya, pineapple with ice cream or curd. Mostly with ice cream. Lol Room service is also good. Bathtubs are old yet functional. But ,due to an incident I experienced recently, I doubt my self to recommend this to someone. When I was on the buffet for dinner , the roof broke and an Animal falled down. It was a black color animal with a tail like a squirrel, but the size was like a cat yet face was like a dog. What ever it is, it's a wild animal, we all were shouting and running and was stood over chairs. One of the guests opened the door and the animal went out. The staff there was freezed, they were very young boys. I'm sure they wasn't prepared for such. My point is, imagine if that animal fell on to a head of a guest???? Btw I really like the view from balcony.

A beautiful hotel in a prime location with a stunning sea view, close to other amenities. The staff are incredibly helpful and comprehensive, always ready to assist guests and going above and beyond. They are truly wonderful people who ensured we had a wonderful and enjoyable time. We will never forget them and will always remember them. I was disappointed with my stay. 1. The apartment had noticeable bad odors. 2. The air-conditioning didn’t work properly. 3. The sofa was stained. 4. The bathrooms and pool area were poorly maintained. 5. The kitchen cupboards showed clear water damage. 6. The TV was very old and small for a 2-bedroom flat, and several remote buttons were missing. Given the premium price, these issues were unacceptable. The only positive was the location. Check my photos.
