Worst hotel experience ever. We specifically requested a quiet room when booking a week in advance because we were traveling with our baby. Instead, we were given a room directly beneath the rooftop music, which continued well past 11 p.m. It felt like being inside a live concert, and our baby couldn’t sleep. The noise became so unbearable that we checked out around 11:30 p.m., in the middle of the night, after complaining to the front desk. Terrible customer service and absolutely no consideration for guests. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a peaceful stay, especially families with young children.

Loved my stay at Colombo Court Hotel! The highlight for me as a tourist was definitely the aesthetic and sustainable murals and eco-friendly art pieces completely transform the space and give it a cozy, authentic vibe. It truly enhanced my overall stay and satisfaction. Paired with exceptional service, a great rooftop atmosphere, and super comfortable rooms, this hotel is an absolute gem in the city. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Colombo!

I had a wonderful Balinese massage at the Colombo Court Hotel from Lia, and it was one of the best spa experiences I've ever had. She was incredibly skilled, professional, and made me feel completely relaxed from start to finish. Her technique was excellent, with just the right amount of pressure to relieve muscle tension while creating a peaceful and calming experience. Lia's warm and friendly demeanor made the session even more enjoyable. If you're looking for an authentic Balinese massage, I highly recommend booking her. Thank you, Lia, for this wonderful and refreshing experience—I'll definitely be back!
