Unforgettable Birthday Celebration at Cinnamon Life! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We recently visited Cinnamon Life to celebrate my wife's birthday over dinner, and the experience was truly exceptional from start to finish! From the moment we walked in until the very end of our evening, the staff was amazingly warm, welcoming, and attentive. Every team member we encountered served us with genuine smiles, creating an inviting and joyful atmosphere. As a special touch, they presented a birthday cake for my wife—and the presentation was absolutely stunning! It added such a wonderful highlight to our celebration. The outstanding hospitality, beautiful ambiance, and thoughtful touches made this a truly memorable birthday for us both. A heartfelt thank you to the team at Cinnamon Life for making our night so special. Highly recommended!
We had a wonderful stay at Cinnamon Life in an ocean-view room 15/10/2026 rm 1533.It was our annual family gathering and after checking several hotels, we chose Cinnamon Life. We received a warm welcome at the reception with a lovely smile from Bhagya Sandamini. Her first impression itself made us feel we chose the right place. She understood our preferences perfectly and recommended ocean-view rooms for us. She also arranged a beautiful decoration for our relative's anniversary and coordinated everything from A to Z. This morning 16/10/2026 we came for the breakfast buffet, and the person who took care of our table was Kavindu(waiter). He is a really pleasant staff member and we highly appreciated his hospitality as well. Highly appreciate Bhagya's excellent service and Kavindu’s service.Thank you! Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Our stay at Cinnamon Life exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived until check-out, every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, the security team was professional, housekeeping kept our room spotless, and the restaurant staff were consistently attentive and accommodating. Travelling with our young daughter can sometimes be challenging, but everyone was patient, kind, and happy to help whenever we needed anything. The room was modern, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the views over Colombo were spectacular, and the facilities were excellent. We especially enjoyed the pool, which was beautifully maintained and a highlight of our stay. The food was outstanding throughout our visit, with plenty of variety and consistently high quality. Every request we made was handled promptly and with a smile, making us feel genuinely cared for. Thank you to the entire Cinnamon Life team for making our family holiday so memorable. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Colombo.
