We had a truly unforgettable evening at the Pool Bar of Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo. A special mention goes to the Pool Bar Manager, Mr. Ajith, who personally took the time to check on us and ensure everything was going smoothly. His warm, friendly, and very natural approach made us feel less like hotel guests and more like we were being looked after by someone who genuinely knew and cared about us. We would also like to sincerely thank Kasun. He was extremely attentive and friendly, always one step ahead in understanding what we needed even before we asked. The relaxed and comfortable atmosphere of the Pool Bar, combined with this kind of genuine service from the staff, made our entire evening very enjoyable. Experiencing such authentic hospitality in a hotel is truly special. We will definitely keep this Pool Bar experience as a wonderful memory and look forward to coming back again.

Had a wonderful Sunday evening at the Pool Bar! The atmosphere was lovely with a great vibe, making it the perfect place to relax. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the pizzas which were a highlight of the night. The cocktails were refreshing and well-crafted. What truly made our visit special was the warm and friendly service. The staff were always smiling and very attentive. As for the poolside menu, the food items were spectacular the bites were fresh, perfectly seasoned, and ideal for a sunny day. Pair that with their special tropical cocktails and refreshing mocktails, which were expertly mixed and beautifully presented, and you have a perfect afternoon. We will definitely be back
