Cinnamon Grand Colombo

Excellent Experience at Cinnamon Grand Colombo Yesterday night, I visited Cinnamon Grand Colombo to participate in an award ceremony. As always, it was a great experience at one of Colombo’s leading hotels. The hotel has a beautiful and elegant atmosphere, excellent facilities, and a very professional standard of hospitality. The overall environment was perfect for such a prestigious award ceremony. I also enjoyed dinner and cocktails at the hotel, and both were truly next level. The quality, taste, presentation, variety, and service were all excellent. The cocktail experience was equally impressive and made the evening even more enjoyable. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive, and the entire experience reflected the high standards of Cinnamon Grand. Overall, another wonderful and memorable experience. A great place for dining, cocktails, business events, celebrations, and enjoying a premium hotel atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Stayed at Cinnamon Grand for a night and had a really lovely experience. I arrived in the evening and headed to The Lagoon for dinner. I ordered from the à la carte seafood menu, and it was honestly one of the best seafood meals I've had in Colombo. Everything tasted fresh, and the service was excellent. The next morning, the breakfast buffet definitely lived up to the hype. There was so much to choose from, and everything I tried was fresh and delicious. The staff were friendly throughout my stay, and the whole hotel had a welcoming atmosphere. Looking forward to coming back again! 😊

I had a group of 14 stay across 6 nights and all had a great time. The buffet breakfast and dinner had an extensive spread and we didn’t get bored of it! The made to order hoppers were yum! The staff, from the doormen, reception, room attendants and breakfast teams were all very welcoming, polite and helpful to any and all requests. In particular I’d like to thank Rasangika, Kingsley, Nisuli, Tharushi, Sithari and Tissa for their great work. We found the best rooms to be on level 5&6!

The room was average, though I'll admit I expected a bit more from an executive room. That said, the service across the hotel more than made up for it. The dining at Plates was excellent, and the laundry service deserves special mention a big thank you to Wasantha for the great care. And reception, provided excellent service throughout my stay, and housekeeping was outstanding as well. The team here really makes the difference, and I'd happily return with my wife for the service alone.
