Our private waking tour of Cologne's old town was excellent. We visited the traditional markets, roman ruins, the cathedral. Toured the cathedral and received a very good overview of the construction history, significance of stain glass windows, the story of the three magi and their bones were brought to the cathedral. Our guide, Manfred gave us tips on the best restaurants, where to buy the famous Cologne fragrance. Very useful

Manfred was very entertaining and had a lot of stories about Køln. The 90 minutes went away fast. His english is excellent seen from a Danish perspective.

Outstanding, personalized tour by a local. This was our 3rd visit to Cologne, but we learned so much on this tour. Manfred obviously knew what he was talking about, shared a lot about the city's history and showed us sights that we never knew existed. (Including a Roman wall hidden in an underground parking structure.) He was so interesting that we didn't even notice the cold & rain! Since it was a private tour, we had ample opportunity to get to know him by asking questions and listening to his stories about living in this amazing city. We also enjoyed hearing about his family's experiences during and post WWII, which he willingly shared when we asked. An excellent tour and guide; we definitely recommend this tour.

Guided tour of this very important German city on the banks of the Rhine. It is home to an important university and international exhibition center as well as a city of art of the highest level.

Beautiful city just before Christmas, good museums for when the weather is bad. Many beautiful shops and plenty of places to eat.

It is an interesting city, especially the center where the Dome is located, being able to walk along the Rhine, restaurants of all kinds, multicultural with diverse gastronomy. Public transportation is efficient. Its inhabitants show cultures of all kinds coexisting in peace. It's worth a visit.

Der Spaziergang durch die Altstadt mit Manfred Speier, einem wahren Kölner Original, war sehr interessant und hat uns viel Spass gemacht. Er hat sympathisch Einblicke in historische Aspekte gegeben und etliche lustige Anekdoten erzählt. Eine Tour mit ihm ist sehr zu empfehlen!
