The tour is fully self-guided — no guide, no fixed start time, just your group and the city. The Elisenbrunnen follows, the classical colonnade where sulphur springs steam as they did for the Romans. Trivia holds its nose and carries on. Then the Rathaus commands the market square, built on imperial palace walls and hung with the crowns of thirty coronation feasts. Around two hours through the city of kings, Printen gingerbread at arm's reach. The leaderboard performs the final coronation.
I had purchased 2 tickets for a self guided tour in Aachen. I never received an email with a booking code. Therefore never was able to take the tour. Waste of $30. Maybe I can receive a refund. Moekevake@aol.com
Great to get an idea of the city in an entertaining manner. Do it at your own pace and time: we did one part in the morning and continued late afternoon. I liked to get a good combination of historical facts and numbers, as well as fun facts.
Fun way to explore Aachen - especially during the off season when other guides / guided tours are less available. Lots of fun, and you love at your own pace.
A city worthwhile visiting. Easy to get around and if you wish to avoid looking for a parking place down town, make use of the various Park & Ride options. Bus services are frequent and free with your parking card. Do visit the city hall and the cathedral with its remarkable stain-glass windows.

The app truly enhanced my experience of the city, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an informative and engaging self-guided tour experience.
It was engaging, fun and educational :) a great way to discover Aachen! Definitely worth it. My only regret is that I didn't play it earlier during my trip to Germany.
If you don't find the next location quickly, check the map so you don't walk unnecessarily in the wrong direction.

It was really quite easy and interesting. Only one sight was far from the route and ran along a busy road. That was a shame because otherwise everything was in the center.
The scavenger hunt through Aachen was really fun for us even as Aacheners and we actually learned a lot about our city. A nice and fun way to get to know a city. Gladly again:-)
Super fun interactive walking tour through the city with about 10 questions from various buildings about the history and culture. Really worthwhile to learn more about the city in a playful way
Wir haben das zum ersten Mal gemacht…es ist super, da alles im eigenen Tempo stattfindet….es gibt ja sehr viele super schöne Geschäfte wo man schauen möchte oder ein Kaffee trinken, das geht natürlich nur wenn es selbstgeführt wird….werden wir in verschieden Städten wieder machen….sehr viel gelernt und gesehen 🥰💪
Very nice little simple activity to get to know the city. It takes 1.5-2 hours and you learn a bit of history and facts about Aachen. I can only recommend it!

The questions and tasks were appropriate for us, adults and teenagers. The itinerary has included the main sights while conveying many lesser-known details of the city. Very nice to pack a city tour playfully.
Sehr interessante Tour durch Aachen. Wir waren mit der Familie unterwegs und haben uns Zeit gelassen. Sehr gut, dass man die Tour auch mal unterbrechen kann. Wir haben interessante Orte gesehen und viel Neues entdeckt und würden es auf jeden Fall wieder machen.
