Radisson Blu Hotel, Cologne

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel❤️ The room was modern, stylish and beautiful, and we really loved it. A special thank you to Falis and Emanuel for their excellent service. They helped us arrange a late check-out and gave us great recommendations on places to visit in Cologne, including how to get there. The only downside is that the hotel is a little far from the city centre, but everything else was great. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back! ❤️ Hotel is 10 from 10, I give 5 stars ⭐️ AMAZING!!🤩

I’d love to share a wonderful experience I had at the Radisson Blu in Cologne. Some of my colleagues a were staying at the hotel,i was at near by another hotel and they knew that I’m a huge fan of cocktails. Wherever I travel in the world, I always make a point of visiting bars and trying their cocktails. One evening, my colleagues kept telling me about an amazing bartender named Simona at the Radisson Blu bar. A few of us decided to give it a try, and we ended up having an even better experience than we had imagined. We ordered 11 cocktails, and almost all of them were off-menu creations. Simona prepared every drink right in front of us with incredible skill, confidence, and creativity, never seeming hesitant for even a moment. The biggest surprise was the Espresso Martini. I’ve been trying Espresso Martinis at different bars around the world for the past nine years, and I can honestly say that Simona’s version surpassed every one I had tasted before. It was truly exceptional. The Blue Lagoon, Strawberry Daiquiri, and Margarita were also absolutely delightful. Needless to say, for the rest of our stay in Cologne, we visited the Radisson Blu bar every evening. The entire service team was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Thank you, Simona, for the unforgettable cocktails and for creating such a memorable experience. And a big thank-you to the entire service team for your wonderful hospitality. I’ll remember this experience for a long time!

The rooms are okay, but unfortunately, the service is a completely different story. I found the bar staff extremely disappointing. They barely make any effort to engage with guests, are very slow, and at times it genuinely feels like you are being ignored when you are trying to order something or ask for assistance. Overall, the service is simply poorly organized and does not meet the standard you would expect. The room itself was fine, but the poor service really affected the overall experience.

Amazing hotel in close proximity to the Kolnmesse. Service is top tier and quite accomodating. They extended my check out time by a few hours without any fuss. The breakfast buffet is also organised well with a wide range of hot food options. I would return!
