⭐☆☆☆☆ I apparently didn’t book a hotel room, I booked a sauna experience. The room temperature was 28°C, and the air conditioning had completely given up on life. Despite informing the reception, nothing was done to fix the issue or offer a solution. Sleeping felt less like a hotel stay and more like surviving a tropical heat wave. On the bright side, I saved money on a spa visit because I spent the entire night sweating for free. If you’re looking for a cool, comfortable room, look elsewhere. If you enjoy sleeping in a greenhouse, this might be the perfect place for you.

By far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in on my travels. If you want to fry yourself in your own sweat, like in a sauna, come here! I arrived at 10pm and the room was 29*C. The air conditioning didn't work. I was upgraded to a better room for free, and when I arrived it was 26*C. After 40 minutes when the air conditioning was supposed to be running, it was 27*C. I'll fry myself here until morning! After an eight-hour drive, you want to rest, ...and the reception just says they can't do anything, that I should open the window! The hotel is right under the airport's landing strip, and even at 11pm there are planes flying non-stop. So great, you can really relax here. First and last time here. Nevermore.

I had a terrible experience with the man working in reception (name Muhammed). I am a women 36 years old, I belong to group, I am the driver of the group, so my room is under the name "driver" on the rooming list. I just wanted the key of my room but he started to ask questions like "oh, so you are driver"? "What do you drive?" "Where are you from?" With a tone that was not proffesional. I started to feel uncomfortable, so I told him "please, I would love to habe my key and go rest" to cut the unwanted conversation. He changed his smile, got mad and started to pretend to work with the computer for 16 minutes, just to do my check in 16 minutes of clicks on the computer, took care of another guest, and after that ask me about my Id card. I gave him my Id and after some minutes he told me "ok, your key is ready. You have to conplete this form" and I had to write all of my details again on a on-line check in. After i had completed that and he took care of another guest, He gave me my key. I hope no woman has to stand this recepcionist too, it was really uncomfortable.
