Good: clean, cozy, quiet, friendly staff, modern interior, decent breakfast. Bad: very stiff mattress, even for an adult male. Only one water bottle for the stay. Overall it's one of those solid 4 ratings, so don't get scared of the reviews. Its not 5s and 1s, but a more objective distribution.
Very poor shower. If you have long hair that needs washing, it will be a challenge. Beds are comfy, ac works well. Check towels before using them as ours was clearly not washed.
I started my long journey with the Leonardo Hotels chain. All the hotels had different working policies, but in Cologne, everything wasn't bad! Unlike the hotels in other cities and countries, they didn't offer any kind of hospitality/complimentary treats to the guests!! The reception wasn't bad! The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the view was beautiful
We stayed at Leonardo to our known standard conditions, as usual, aswe do. Noteably the Bar and Restaurant are great and great Service. We were delighted by the effort and great Service of Mo. Thank you very much for the wonderful Hospitality! Breakfast was aedquit but very noisy and the service was a kind of been chased out during and to the end of breakfast time!
Room cleanliness is not good: there was a fruit pit and some confetti under the chairs. The bathroom door was fixed with some tape. The breakfast is not worth the price. If you are traveling for work, do not expect a proper desk, you will have a hard time using a laptop on the small table.
