a very nice hotel. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. They have a very good breakfast as well. Free parking on site is available. The hotel is pet friendly (cats + dogs). I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We booked for 3 nights but ultimately only stayed for 1 night. The air conditioning in our room was not working, and when we informed reception, they told us they were fully booked and unable to offer us another room. They also mentioned that several guests had reported the same issue that day. In addition, the Wi-Fi connection was practically non-existent. Because of the heat and the lack of internet, I was unable to sleep at all that night. As a result, I decided to book another hotel for the remaining nights of our stay. I knew this was going to be a very warm weekend so I specifically booked this hotel because it had air conditioning. On the positive note, the rooms are clean and the location is good👍🏻 Through booking I was still able to get a refund, so I thank the hotel for that 🙏🏻.

Hotel H Brühl offered a warm and welcoming stay with genuinely kind hospitality. The included breakfast was a nice perk, and the front desk staff stood out for their helpfulness; when I had an issue with my Uber app, the woman at the desk didn’t hesitate to order one for me herself. That level of care made the experience feel personal and appreciated. Cons: The room amenities were very minimal. There was no lotion or a few of the standard extras you typically expect, so the room felt a bit bare‑bones. Still, the service and hospitality helped balance that out.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Contrary to what is sometimes mentioned in other reviews, we experienced no noise or disturbance at all – it was actually quiet and comfortable. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the bathroom is very clean and modern. It looks like the bathrooms throughout the hotel have been recently renovated, or at least very well updated, which really adds to the overall experience. The breakfast is very extensive, especially considering the price. It is definitely worth it and a great way to start the day. Overall, this is a great hotel with an excellent price-quality ratio, and we would happily stay here again. One point of attention: we had already removed our belongings from the room but had not officially checked out yet and planned to return briefly. When we came back, the room had already been cleaned. It would be good for housekeeping to clearly keep track of which rooms have actually been checked out and which have not.
