What stood out most during our stay was the phenomenal service. Every staff member we interacted with was warm, helpful, and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The room was clean, quiet, and well-maintained. A huge thank you to the team for making our trip so memorable!
The room was nice clean and spacious. The service was good. The breakfast was quite nice, we in particularly appreciated that some vegan options where made. Loved the coffee. The location is quite convenient. It was easy and convenient to store a few bags for some extra hours after checkout.
Never seen an elevator choose to ignore the button and go the opposite way. We was on the top floor (6th) was much faster to walk down the stairs. Aircon didn't actually do anything. Other than that was great large room!
Best Premier Inn I have been to. Slow check in but they apologised which wasn’t an issue as 5pm and always going to busy. Nice Moroccan gentleman was very good. Amazing size room! Of course spotless. Superb breakfast and friendly staff again. Spot on location. Very impressed.
This hotel is perfect for a city trip, not far away from the Dom so you can go on a walk. The room was big, clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly, nice and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious, fresh and varied. The location is near by the train station so you can have an easy access but, because of the train station, was a little bit noisy during the night. I really enjoyed staying in and I recommend it.
