Eurostars Oasis Plaza Hotel

A big disappointment. We chose this hotel as a treat for our 20 year anniversary, and the pictures looked great. The hotel is desperately needing a renovation, the bathroom has furniture and doors flaking, the balcony has loose tiles, the sofa bed is so uncomfortable that our kids couldn’t get a good night of sleep, and for a 4 stars you don’t even get a coffee machine in the room, despite having a balcony with stunning views where you could have a nice morning coffee, all you have is a water boiler and instant coffee. The pool area was very dirty with black mold between the tiles and overall very run down too, and the elevators on traffic times impossible to get one, so we took the stairs mostly. That being said, the staff was outstanding, Beatriz and Alexander did all they could to make our stay more pleasant, the staff was all very kind and friendly. We really appreciated that! For a family, I would not recommend unless you would get a two bedroom room, at least not at the price point we booked for.

Excellent stay with fantastic views and a superb location! ​I really enjoyed my stay. I stayed in a sea-view suite with a fantastic view: the room was spacious, featuring an entryway living space and a nice bathroom. The cleanliness was spotless throughout. ​Highlights: ​Breakfast: Very good with a wide variety of options. ​Pool: The heated pool on the 16th floor with a view of the beach is incredible. ​Parking: I opted for an indoor garage spot for €10/night for extra convenience, though street parking is easy to find nearby. ​Location: Unbeatable! You just cross the street and you’re right on the beach, plus there are plenty of restaurants close by. ​Staff: The staff members are super friendly and helpful. ​Highly recommended, I would definitely stay here again!

To our great disappointment this hotel may have seen better days. The room had a very slightly musty smell and the bedsheet had moisture spots, luckily washed and clean but still visible. The window sound insolation was non-existent. You can hear the traffic outside as if you were sitting right next to the road. This in a deluxe suite. It was extremely disturbing and made it difficult to get a proper rest at night. The bathroom is also somehow outdated with a too small shower for a suite and a toilet without even soft-close hinges. On the positive side the entire hotel and the rooms were clean and we felt comfortable throughout our stay, except for the noise of course and the visual of the bed sheets. The staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Thumbs up! All in all, we had a pleasant experience, but we felt that the overall quality was not provided as it should be.

Fantastic hotel, one of the best i’ve ever stayed at. The pool was warm contrary to some reviews, has a small but workable gym and a steam room. Free street parking easy to find and right next to the hotel. Delicious breakfast (for 15 €). Amazing sea view and right next to a gorgeous beach. I enjoyed the stay very much.
