Very efficient, was there in a minute as soon as we got out the door. Just nice to have good space, clean ride and not have to navigate. Driver was very friendly.

We booked this suv bc we had lots of luggage and it was 4 of us. Truck was full of personal items! Car was not clean! Car had seats covers that Velcro was all flipped up and got stuck to our clothes. Do not recommend
Did not show and then tried to blame me. I followed the instructions I was given but the number was constantly engaged. I then got a message from another number saying they had tried to contact me but could not get through so were treating me as a no show. I tried several times to call the second number but it rang out and no one answered so I had to get a taxi from the rank. They did not follow there own instructions that they sent me but took my money.
It was a great ride. Antwone did an amazing job with ensuring I made it in safely. We had a great conversation, he was engaged and helpful with my plans during my time in Chicago. The driver was very nice. There was a little mix up with meeting the driver but the dispatch was kind and responsive. Best that you go directly to the curb to wait and respond immediately when the driver texts. Nice vehicle. Very comfortable. Will use them again.

Our flight was delayed for 1 hour and they registered a no show. We did not receive any follow up therefore we were never able to communicate with the company or our driver. When we knew about the delay there was no phone or email to inform it.
Top of the line service! From the minute that we landed, our driver Antwone was in contact to make our pickup as smooth as possible. Antwone’s vehicle was immaculately clean and stocked with cold water and lollipops which was pretty cool. On the way to our downtown hotel Antwone was very engaging, taking the time to point out things to do while we were in town and also addressing some of our needs while in Chicago. I can’t say enough good things about our driver and the company he works for. We were so happy with the service we would use them again.
Best option when you need a ride into Chicago. It worked better than booking Uber or Lyft. Great driver and very professional. Our cost was cheaper than the others. Plus a limo!

Service from O'Hare to downtown hotel was easy & fast to book. Our driver, Tim, was prompt, courteous & informative. Pleasant drive. Moonroof let us get a beautiful view of Board of Trade Bldg lit up. Car was clean & quite comfortable. Will be booking return to airport. Absolutely recommend!!
I can’t rate the experience of the ride because we did not get one. We were supposed to be picked up at OHare but the communication to the driver by this company was that we would be at Midway. After a couple of calls with both this company and the car service confirming our location, it was still not corrected so we took a cab from the airport to our hotel.

I reserved a pick up from hotel to airport in Chicago and driver never showed. I asked for a 4am pickup since my flight was at 6am, I was in the lobby at 345 and driver never showed. When I texted him he said he called at 326am and since I didn’t answer he moved on. The number that came up in my phone was from a female and the driver was male. Unreliable and unprofessional. Will never use again or recommend again. Now disputing the charge to get my money back.
It is faster and cheaper to commute via uber, it would have saved me 50% of the price! We had to wait and I was on the phone for 20 minutes because the phone number I was instructed to text upon arrival did not respond! I was put on hold several times by dispatch! Lesson learned, next time I will just grab a ride share for $48 instead of paying over $90 and end up with a total distraced driver! Not to mention we found an Iphone in the car and our driver stated it is to much of a hassle trying to find the owner! It was not the vibe I wanted to start my chicago stay out with!
I reserved and prepaid for a shuttle service to pick me up from airport to my hotel. When I called the number to pick me up. I was told my reservation was called the day before by the booking agency and there is nothing they can do about it. I needed to call them. When I call Viator they said there was problem in verifing my destination address and they have try to contact me. I never got a message or phone call. They did no try to fix or send me another car and I needed to wait for an investigation to get my money back. I ended up taking a Taxi for a services that was already pay. I got an email today the day after the booking. I needed to add the Lady at Viator was very nice but could not fix my problem even though was not my error.
There was a mix up on what terminal to pick us up from. I called our driver Reggie, he told us to stay put he would come to us! Professional and courteous he got us to our hotel safely. Nice conversation about must try foods in Chicago! So glad we booked this ride instead of trying to find a ride share option! Definitely recommend!
Smooth experience from booking on Viator to communication upon landing. Received multiple texts after switching off airplane mode from driver and company with instructions and timing of pickup. Driver was in holding lot and arrived within 15 min at door we were waiting at. Helped with our bags and got us to our downtown hotel earlier than the 1 hr Google map estimate. Five stars
I was traveling with 3 teens and our flight got in at 1am so safety was a concern. I can't say enough food things about this company. They were helpful, safe and on time. I will definitely use them again.

Tried to get ride from Midway to Lombard. Booked it as Midway to Oakbrook as Oak Brook was adjacent town. But I used my Lombard address and all seemed OK. Confirmed all was OK with rep over the phone the day before, including the Lombard address. The day of trip I get an email indicating reservation was invalid as I wasn't going to Oak Brook and I had to re-book? Verify strange. Ended up using Uber as Carmel services were not very good.
