There were a few nerves when we arrived but pilot answered all of our questions and guide us on an unforgettable tour, circling downtown, Navy pier, the Stadiums, Chicago River - it was incredible. If you are thinking about it, just do it! It’ll be a memory that will last a lifetime.

What an incredible experience! The helicopter ride gave us breathtaking views of the Chicago skyline, Lake Michigan, and all the iconic landmarks. The staff was friendly, professional, and made us feel safe from start to finish. It was smooth, exciting, and definitely one of the highlights of our trip. This is a great alternative to the river boat tour of the Chicago skyline. The Heli perspective is stunning as if you are floating in the clouds! The tour includes flying thru the skyline, over Lake Michiigan to Navy Pier, Wrigley Field, the United Center and more. Sarah, our pilot, was a true professional and should be requested if you go. I am in a wheelchair and I went with my Mother who uses a walker....they were exremely accommodating. I was able to get up into the "copter" with the help of their team. I highly recommend it!

I had the most incredible experience flying with Mason over downtown Chicago and along the shoreline. The ride was smooth from start to finish, and the views were absolutely breathtaking—Lake Michigan, the skyline, and the beaches all looked surreal from above. Mason was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire flight feel safe and relaxed. Whether it was cruising past the iconic Willis Tower or soaring over the beach. The helicopter was nice. The trip was very smooth, and the city was amazing. It would have been nice to stay over the city a little longer, but for the price, it was too short. The pilot was great, and the facility was excellent.

Received a text from pilot the night before at 11 pm saying he cannot take us. This was a gift for my wife for her Birthday celebration and supposed to be a surprise that they ruined. After asking if someone else can take me he attempted to reach out to other pilots. Pilot stated his flight got cancelled last minute but not sure which flight leaves an airport that late to begin with. I HAD to reach out to pilot the next morning (the morning of) to see if there were any replacements. There were none and they couldn’t offer any other time slots besides one very late one. The one time slot they offered would have put us beyond their closing hours and I had dinner reservations at a very special restaurant that was booked a month in advance difficult to reserve, and could not cancel. I would not recommend this group if you have planned this as a gift, they ruined the surprise day for my wife. They did offer a refund after I asked for one. Don’t use this company if you plan on doing this as a special gift for someone as they are very unprofessional.

Pilot cancelled one hour prior to our scheduled time. While I appreciate his concern for our safety. I was on the Uber already from the city (Chicago). The Uber driver was lovely but $200 for a ride in an Uber was not the helicopter over the city experience I was expecting. I do need to note he offered to reschedule but due to the fact I have other plans and I’m on a vacation for my Birthday my time was extremely limited. I was given a refund but my dissatisfaction and disappointment was an understatement.

This was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Pilot Chuck was excellent and took us all around the Chicago skyline and over many important landmarks. His commentary was likewise outstanding. My daughter and I had a phenomenal time discovering Chicago on our trip together, but this was the definitely one of the things we'll always remember!

It was my wife's 81 birthday gift from me. She absolutely loved every minute of the trip around Chicago and the lake front. We also got to see Wrigley Field from the air. My grandson also accompanied us on the trip. It was special to him as he is the Chicago Cubs organist.

Flying over Wriggle Field - Where many family memories were made in the stadium and now over, Go Cubs !

I booked this for my boyfriends 30th birthday and we had an amazing time. I was a little worried, with the sudden return of the Canadian wild fire smoke, that it would ruin the tour but it didn't. There was limited visibility to/from downtown but once we were downtown, we could still see everything clearly. Take off is from the Schaumburg Regional Airport. Parking is feew and there were clear signs to passengers waiting area. Went through some quick rules and then hit the tarmac for a short walk to the helicopter. As far as attire goes, I would not recommend wearing heals (was my original plan since we were going out to dinner after). It's a bit of a "climb" in (I'm 5' 1") but managable; however, for any elderly person this may be difficult. The backseat area is small so if you're claustrophobic this will probably be a problem but the from passenger seat is much more spacious and has more visibility. There is no AC but there are small windows that you can open on both sides. There are noise canceling headphones with a mic so you can still communicate with eachother. Our pilot was Chuck was great. Nice, friendly guy. Took some nice pictures of us standing outside the helicopter before the flight. Take off and landing was smooth to my surprise (compared to planes - this was my first time on a helicopter). Would I do it again? Absolutely.

We took off at least 40 min before they time slot I paid for also the noise cancellation was dead so I couldn’t really enjoy it because it was so loud I couldn’t talk to my wife or point out things I seen because the headphones was dead so we couldn’t communicate…it just felt very rushed

the pilot tommy was so cool, friendly, personal and gave us world class customer service. it’s not everyday we do something like this it may be everyday he flies, but i can’t thank him enough for being so nice to me and my 7 year old daughter the whole time. felt like family
