We had such a great time on this Chicago crime tour! Our guide, Maddie, was knowledgeable and passionate about sharing the city’s crime history. She made the stories engaging, and our driver, Tommy, was great, too! Getting to taste Uno’s pizza was the cherry on top. Highly recommend this tour—thank you, Maddie and Tommy, for a memorable experience!

Fun history tour. It was raining though so bus windows were foggy so you couldn't see outside. Maddie was our tour guide and very fun.
This is a nice good tour our guide was awesome !!! Would have been better if the lights on bus were not sooooooo bright, it made it almost impossible to see out of the windows
Our guide was friendly & knowledgeable. The weather wasn’t great but she did her best to salvage it. Pizza at the end was a fun surprise.
This is a nice tour of you want to learn about Chicago crime, gangsters, and organized crime. Our tour guide was funny and knowledgeable. There are stops along the way, such as the theater Dillinger visited the night he was shot and the alleyway he was shot in, as well as the mini museum in the basement of Harry Caray's. It was a fun, informative tour in a comfortable, clean bus. The slice of pizza at the end was a bonus. Thank you.
Must do experience great knowledge on Chicago great fun.The shady side of Chicago is so prevent in its history.
The tour guide was EXCELLENT!!! He was so descriptive in his presentation. You felt as if you were right there during that time period. The bus driver was so friendly and helpful. The end of the tour had an unexpected and pleasant Surprise!!! Well worth every cent!!! Highly recommend it!!!
The tour was interesting and our tour guide, Leah was very informative with a great charm.
Leah was a fantastic tour guide. She truly was knowledgeable throughout our tour. A great way to learn about some of Chicago's historical crimes.
Maddie, our tour guide, did a great job - she was very knowledgeable and brought history to life in an informative and entertaining way, so we enjoyed every minute. Thank you so much!
Great fun with history. Aaron was a great guide and thoughtful to his clients and coach driver.
Really fun tour. Leah the tour guide was great. Learned a lot about crime in Chicago and even got a little piece of pizza at the end! What a great time. 10/10 will do again with visitors
Had Aaron as our tour guide. It was such a pleasure to have had him as our guide, he shared very knowledgeable things as well as took us to some very key spots where history was made. My husband and I enjoyed the entire experience with the treat at end .
Overall a great tour! MJ was fantastic and kept us all entertained. I would do it again just for him to be the guide again. :) The only thing that was disappointing was that the spots you stop at and don’t get off the bus, it is virtually impossible to see what he is pointing at our talking about. Granted I realize it is a night tour, but maybe the windows could be less tinted? I would still do it again though just for the experience
Fun, interesting, comfortable. The sites and neighborhoods were interesting and Leah was knowledgeable and pleasant!
Jamie was great! Very bubbly and a great story teller!
We had a great time on the Night Crimes Tour! The meeting location was easy to find, John was a fantastic guide, the bus was comfortable and there were frequent interesting stops. Our guide, John, was incredibly knowledgeable and made the experience a lot of fun!
What an interesting, and fascinating tour. The rich history of Chicago's mob crimes, while off putting to some, makes for a unique tour experience. If you enjoy learning about crime history, or even heard of Al Capone and the beer wars, Dillinger, Nitty, this is the tour for you. The guide was great, plus it's at night so you get to see the downtown at night which is stunning.
We had an absolute blast on the Mobsters & Gangsters Tour! Our tour guide was incredible—extremely knowledgeable, engaging, and had the perfect mix of history and humor that kept everyone entertained from start to finish. You could tell they were passionate about Chicago’s mob history, and the stories were fascinating. The tour was fun, well organized, and worth every minute. We also really appreciated the pizza—it was a great bonus and hit the spot! If you’re visiting Chicago and looking for something unique and entertaining, I highly recommend this tour. It was one of the highlights of our trip!
Excellent tour to know the fascinating mob crimes history. Tour guide Leah was great, very knowledgeable and charismatic, kept the tour animated and fun.
Tour itself was very interesting and the guide was great. But the bus itself needs work. AC barely working so it was super hot. The AC also steadily dripped water during the tour. This company needs to do better with maintenance.
Guide was great. It was a show on the bus! These minimum character reviews are a huge waste of time.
It was a good time It was easy A little bit overpriced
We had a great time with our guide John. He told us stories of the crime families and showed us where some of them happened. He was captivating in his delivery and fun to listen to. Loved that we capped the night tour off with a slice of original deep dish. Would definitely book again,
Leah was amazing!!! Very cool experience!! Very informative. The history of Chicago was amazing. Love the way they embrace the history. 5 stars!!
MJ made the trip fun. Loved his humor!
Excellent information. It would be nice to have a child admission.
The Chicago Nighttime gangster brought Capone & Dillinger to life. Interesting well prepared tour. Rich history and fascinating stops at unique locations that tie to the history. Tour guide was skillful upbeat and carried the tour with energy and engagement
Super knowledgeable tour guide. Stories well told. Fun for the whole family. Fun Chicago excursion.
The tour was amazing! I was happy to be driven around downtown area and learn of the various neighborhoods, in addition to the crime history. The tour guide and driver were wonderful! No comments or recommendations, very happy tourist! Can’t wait to come back and bring more riders! See you soon Chicago Crime Tours!
Will done It will be perfect if you turn on the a/c
Excellent tour. John was very knowledgeable. Enjoyed the stops. Highly recommend.
Enjoyed the tour! Lots of great information!
Leah was an excellent tour guide. Enjoyed the various stops and history behind the Chicago era.
This was a really fun tour. Was recommended to me by a work colleague in Ireland and I wasn’t disappointed. The tour guide Leah was very knowledgeable and made it a great experience with a lovely vibe.
It was a great mix of time on the bus and hopping off to see crime areas. A fun night!
Started off slow, but ended up being a very exciting night. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and energetic! Overall it was an amazing experience! Would definitely recommend it!
What a great time! Our guide knew her stuff and the tour was fascinating. Our driver was fantastic too.
The Chicago Crime Tour with Dane was fun and captivating! We saw more crime sites and heard more crime stories than we were expecting to! Dane's commentary was excellent - he was so funny and animated. He had the whole bus on the edge of their seats with the stories and he was so funny!
John did an awesome job! He was fun, energetic, and had lots of great information to share. Very interactive! 10/10 would highly recommend this tour to everyone! Also, shoutout to our awesome driver Tommy!! He was excellent as well!
Fantastic and interesting learning about the Mob and criminal underworld in Chicago! Would highly recommend!
We loved the Chicago Night Crimes Tour by Bus. It was such a fun and entertaining way to spend our first night in Chicago. It was a great choice because we got to see the city, learn so many interesting stories, and stay warm on the bus instead of being out in the cold. We learned a lot about Chicago’s history, the famous crime cases, and the real locations where everything happened, which made it even more interesting. Our guide, Madeline, was fantastic. She was engaging, knowledgeable, and made the whole tour feel lively from start to finish. We would definitely recommend this tour, especially if it is your first time in Chicago and you want something different, fun, and easy to do at night.
They fed us free pizza at the end of the tour last night.. intense food allergy symptoms since then due to the employee unknowingly to us using latex gloves to serve us without notice! Wish I didn’t end our trip with this tour. Horrible experience!
Absolutely love it. The tour guide Jamie was super funny and knowledgeable. She also gave me a ton of great restaurant suggestions. The tour had a lot of really interesting stops. I cannot recommend it highly enough.
There are just 2 stops. They don’t provide any context and assume you should know all the history, so if you are not fan and/or don’t know all the history don’t take this tour because you’ll get bored
Interesting but pricey for 4!
We loved the tour. Jamie was packed full of information, funny, exciting and animated! We would recommend it to anyone!
Awesome experience. Tour guide was informative upbeat and humorous. Sites visited were legitimate, real places where real things happened, from John Dillinger's demise to Nitti's vault. Bus was comfortable and spacious. Only wish they gad merch (magnets, t-shirt, etc.) to purchase to have as a takeaway from the experience.
John was the best storyteller - he was so educational and engaging because of his relatable way of breaking down history! Highly recommend this tour. He even added a layer of Chicago food history as well and that was an expected surprise that took this experience to top notch. Must book to find out what that is but you will not be disappointed. Bravo and thank you John!
What a fun & informative trip. Had a great time! Tour guide was great. She really knew her stuff. Already recommended it to my sister.
