Chicago City Minibus Tour

Nice way to experience the city!

This was an informative tour we mostly enjoyed. Our group had two adults, one senior and two children while the rest of the seven on the bus were seniors, so perhaps the tour was geared towards the mobility of most on the bus. We had two kids ages 9 and 12 with us who are well-traveled. They did not enjoy this tour unfortunately as we only ended up getting off the bus twice instead of the 3-4 times stated in the description. Also, there were a few stories about murders and several mentions of being drunk by the guide as entertainment but not all age appropriate. The most disappointing to them was not being able to stop at the Bean. Overall, our guide had a lot of knowledge but perhaps this tour is best for adults.

I really enjoy this 2hrs. Chicago tour. The guide drive by the most important places in the city in a comfortable mini bus. She stop in 3 places to take nice photos of landmarks. It was worth it..

Haley was a fabulous tour guide. We loved seeing the main points of the city with them. And they gave us a recommendation for a meal at Xi'an in Chinatown. Great times!

The reason for the 3 star rating is that we already saw many of the same sites on different tours. This is not the tour guide’s fault. It was just our experience. The husband did appreciate the tour guide’s sense of humor. I would recommend this tour for first time visitors who have not been on any other tours.

Needs to be longer but a good tour. There was ao much to see. Al was very knowledgeable and also joked around.

This tour was very informative and a fun two hour tour! Hailey was very nice and it was a beautiful day. I've been to Chicago many times and I found out a lot about the city that I never knew! I highly recommend!

Get to see a lot of the sites and learn a lot of history without so much walking. Highly recommend. It saved a ton of time.

It’s an excellent overview of Chicago. It’s probably an excellent way to get a sense of the city and where you want to spend time.

I’m certain the trip depends on your guide and we had AVERY who has to be the best. His knowledge of Chicago currently and historically is unsurpassed. And his presentation is very entertaining. The event is worth your money and time.

Loved this tour. It was so easy and personalized. I travel with an electric wheelchair and accommodating it was no problem. Our guide was very knowledgeable and her love of Chicago shone through.

Wonderful bus tour with Haley as our guide. We were deciding between a hop on/off tour and this live tour and this was exceptional. Haley did a great job answering questions and telling interesting stories. We stopped at 4-5 places, including The Bean, the Rookery, the Birmingham fountain and Lake Michigan for a skyline view.. The two hours went by quickly, and Haley was a lot of fun. Much better than a recorded hop on/off tour.

Rick was excellent! We got a great taste of Chicago. Great blend of knowledge, humor and positivity. Definitely a five star experience.

It was informative and there was time to get off and explore some sites. Parking around the pick up spot was expensive.

Would’ve been great had I done it on the first day in the city would’ve gave us additional information now I know some things for when I come back

No one explained parking situation which was horrible. Did t get message about pickup and parking until after I had been there for an hour. Had to call back in to find out how to find where to meet and find parking. Had to pay 60.00 to park for a 2 hr tour. Would boy have been as bad had I have known there were many parking places that were cheaper. Also if you go before 10 its a flat 17.00 park fee which would have influenced the time of my tour. Bus was extremely hot through entire tour. While I enjoyed the tour itself would not go again.

Traveling from Austin, TX, i absolutely recommend Allan! He's very knowledgeable about the city. He gave everyone an opportunity to take images of the most popular areas that people may have on their bucket lists. Thank you for providing an outstanding tour. Good luck on your future acting career! I'm sure I'll see in a show or movie.

The driver, Haley, left us behind at the 2nd stop. We were told we had 10 min. to take pics & return. We were almost to the bus when she drove off. We ran to catch up. There was a stop sign a block ahead, I was sure she would see my husband running with our bright red umbrella. She didn't. He beat the side of the bus to get her to stop. We didn't get off at any more sight seeing opportunities!

Great tour. The opportunity to get out 3-4 times to take close up pictures was excellent. Our tour guide was very friendly and helpful.

The tour was so informative and our driver was excellent—friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. We did not get to experience much of Millenium Park because of traffic and a special event but we saw so many other landmarks. It was a great tour and well worth the cost! Convenient pick up site as well.

This city tour was entertaining but could have been better. Our driver/guide did give interesting information about Chicago and took us to some interesting places. However, he could have been more interactive with the group. Instead of just waiting in the bus, he could have walked with the group and be more of a guide, than a driver. Also, a restroom break would have been nice as well.

Everything was perfect from on-time start to finish. Driver/guide was both knowledgeable and entertaining. Answered all our questions and had so much knowledge of areas history.

A must for a good introduction to Chicago. This bus stops at multiple tourist sites and allows you time to take photos. The tour guide( Hailey) was so knowledgeable and friendly. I learned a lot about the city from her. I really think this mini bus is the most excellent way to get acquainted with Chicago. The bus is clean and comfortable. Well worth the price. I highly recommend this tour.
