I had scheduled a pick up time and due to thunderstorms in Chicago. I had to reschedule at the last minute my pick up time to a later time.
The dispatcher was kind and considerate and helped me rebook my pick up time to get me from downtown Chicago to O’Hare airport timely
At the last minute the United Airlines moved the departure time earlier. Luckily the driver arrived early and I was able to make it to the airport to drop off my luggage in the nick of time.
The Driver drove quickly and safely to the airport and helped me stay calm as he assured me we would be there on time.
This is a great company.

I usually use Uber to get from Uptown to Chicago O'Hare Airport, but Echo Limousine has spoiled me. Echo provides courteous, timely airport transportation. Booking online/via app is easy. My driver Hassan arrived early and provided excellent service. If there is an issue you can text/call Echo for immediate assistance. I will definitely be using them going forward to never miss a flight.

My husband and I traveled out of the country with our 1 year old and didn't have to worry about getting to the airport and back home at 2am. Booking was so incredibly easy, great pricing, reservations was so helpful and our drivers Asif and Quiana were absolutely amazing! Great experience! We had to book a ride 2 days before our flight during spring break. I was a bit stressed but Echo had us covered! They got back to me quickly when I called to see if they had availability. The driver arrived a few minutes before our scheduled time and our ride was smooth!

The driver arrived on time, helped me with my bags, drove carefully and professionally and got me to O'Hare in no time at all - during rush hour!!! I will definitely be using them again.
And if you are considering using Lyft or Uber, be prepared for last minute cancellations and replacements - this happened to me a lot while I was visiting Chicago. It was incredibly frustrating and exhausting. Book with Echo and there will be none of that run-around or anxiety at all.

Echo Limo exceeded every expectation we had during our stay in Chicago. We were a party of 10 and used the service three times during our stay. the Limo's were spotless, the drivers on-time and courteous. We will use them again should we get back to Chicago.
