It is so nice to have Echo Limo pick you up from the airport as well as take you back to the airport. Nice clean car with good drivers that arrive early and know how to deal with the Chicago traffic. We got into the city very quickly and the return to the airport was speedy.
Our driver, Blue, provided the BEST trip to O’Hare from the Hyatt Regency loop. We had a Monday morning flight so traffic & timing was a concern. We come to Chicago annually for the Bears’ alumni reunion, so we have had every version of airport transfer. This ride was the best experience we’ve ever had, including limo. A trip that could have taken an hour and and half or longer, and Blue had us at curbside baggage check in 45 minutes very comfortably. She was a real professional & charming in every possible way. Do yourself a favor, and request Blue. We will definitely ask for her next time!

I hadn't been to Chicago in a long time, and didn't have a go-to car and driver service. I did some research, and selected Echo. I couldn't have been more pleased with their service! The driver was waiting for my wife and I at the baggage carousel, and took our luggage to the car. On the return trip, the driver was waiting for us at our hotel when we exited. Both drivers were careful and professional. It was super easy to make reservations and to get a price, which I thought was quite fair. This is my go-to transportation company in Chicago now, and I recommend them without hesitation.
We had a wonderful experience! We went to and from O’Hare over the holidays visiting family. Both drivers were professional and the drive was relaxing. Dee was our driver going back to the airport, she was fantastic, friendly and funny! We will definitely use this car service again. Oh and did I mention the price was on point!

The driver was early, and we got there safely with no issues. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the car and the professionalism of the driver.
Franklin did a wonderful job accommodating my needs. He gave me his charger to charge my phone. The only thing that needs to improve is the punctuality. Franklin’s was 15 minutes late picking me up from the hotel. Although he was late, I did receive communication from dispatch letting me know that he would be 5-7 minutes away. He arrived 12 minutes later.
