Chicago ↔ Midway Airport, Top Rated Private Sedan Transfer

Used for a transport to a convention center outside of Chicago from the airport. My flight was delayed after we landed waiting for a gate to become available. The driver was communicative and waited for me no problem. They tracked my flight and communicated the entire time. I liked being able to verify the car and driver via the license plate tag number provided to me by the company. My driver was polite and professional.

This is my second time booking with Echo Limousine and both times were a pleasant experience. This trip we had Dean both rides there and back...such a great driver to start and end your trip.

This trip from downtown to Chicago was really easy to book on line, letting me choose the type of car needed, and I thought the fee was very reasonable. Our driver showed up 5 minutes early and we were messaged that he was there. He was polite and helpful, a great driver, and let us off at our airline. The ride was very comfortable, and I trust if there was any change we needed, such as in temperature or music, it would have been done. Overall a very pleasant experience, and I would definitely use them again.

We had a great experience with Echo. Our ride was prompt, courteous and made sure we had the correct address (residential area) before he drove away. It took the stress out of the drive from Midway to north side of Chicago to visit family. Same for our return trip. Our driver was on time and very pleasant. Both vehicles were comfortable and clean. I would definitely use again.

I traveled from Seattle to Chicago to meet several friends from all over the US to attend the Styx concert at Tinley Park. I used Echo Limo for my round-trip transfer from Midway to my friend's home in Plainfield. My drivers were all wonderful. Cordial, and on-time. I also wanted to book a stretch lime for ladies' night out so we could relax, party, and enjoy one another and not worry about driving. When I called to check availability, all their stretches were already booked. However, Matthew @ Echo Limo made some calls and within an hour, he had rearranged some bookings and secured one of Echo's own stretch limos for us! Our chauffeur, Alfredo, was fantastic! Despite an incorrect address and a hotel that was difficult to access, he was patient and accommodating and made our evening a once in a lifetime experience! Matthew and Alfredo both provided exceptional service and the airport transfer drivers were excellent as well! I will definitely use Echo Limo anytime I return to Chicago.

I use to be a loyal customer to Tri-State out of Indiana to Chicago's airports. They are now out of business, which sent me on a mission to research and find and an alternative way to go. I decided to go with Echo Limo's Service. I liked all the positive reviews. The cost was maybe $50 more than what Tri State use to be. And they didn't charge me an additional fee for coming to Indiana. I had an early flight, needed to be picked up by 500am; they were at my front door 15 minutes early. The same on the way back; they were waiting for me. The vehicles were very clean and comfortable. The driver's were extremely polite. I received a reminder text the day before about the limo. The day of:: I received a text with a description of the vehicle, driver's name and the driver's cell phone number. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!

My sister was flying in from LA for a visit with a flight arriving at Midway at 5:10pm on a weeknight. I did not want the stress of getting to and from the airport at that time of day and trying to make an easy pick-up for her, so decided to book her transportation home. Echo Limousine more than met my expectations (based on their great reviews) and my sister was thrilled with the experience. Ray, the driver, was so polite and upbeat and she was delivered quickly to my home after a few delays in her arrival, which I did not have to worry about, Echo did all the work. Fantastic job!!!

Was picked up on time and was given lots of help with all of our two children's stuff. Requested car seat for kids and was all in place and ready to go when picked up. Car was clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend.
