We had an amazing stay! Joy at the concierge made sure we knew about all the best things to do in the city, helped us get settled into the hotel, and was incredibly welcoming and friendly.
Asia was just as wonderful; she made sure all of our accommodations were taken care of, answered all of our questions, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay.
The suites are beautiful, and the service was exceptional. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We 100000% recommend staying here!
I will forever sing Natalie's praises! And sorry I'm just getting to this review. I stayed here during Juneteenth weekend.
Even for it being a holiday weekend— When I say Natalies customer service was so accommodating and on point without me even having to ask for something she was on it! I hope they're paying you good Natalie because you were truly one of the most reliable and competent employees I encountered during my stay. She needs to be the head of customer service, leadership position or something if she isn't because she was so on point! And I will admit there were some of the younger gentleman that could benefit off of taking under her leadership.
Now to my stay, the rooms were so spacious, beautiful and the VIEW! Oh that view was amazing! It felt like a home away from home. I didn't want for much.
An issue I did realize is that staff doesn't bring up items to your room and can be hard to reach sometimes if you try to call the front desk. So that was a downside if you're in a pinch. But stay, location, amenities and overall experience is worth the value of the stay to me! Love that the outside doors lock, love that the doors to the elevator lock, love that you need a fob to access the elevator. Felt very safe and highly recommend this place for families and solo female travelers!
Booked a night at Level Chicago River North for a bachelorette party, and it was everything I hoped for! They gave us a great 2 bedroom with stunning views of the city. I wish I could live in that unit.
People complain about the background check, but it took a few minutes and was harmless. This place books long term stays, so I completely understand the extra security for those who have made that place their home.
Very spacious, clean, modern rooms. Lovely bathrooms and washer/dryer. Big wardrobes with hangars included.
10/10 amenities, only disappointment was that the pool and spa was closed the entire 2 weeks we stayed. Weren’t even allowed to lay on the sun loungers.
Front desk staff could be more friendly, but they were helpful enough. Maintenance staff were friendlier and would say hello if you bumped into them on the elevator or if they came to your room to fix something.
The rooms are very clean and nice. The ceiling to floor windows and full kitchen allow you to feel like a Chicago resident. Having access to all the amenities like the play room, gym and arcade was a fun part of the stay!
Can't tell you if the beds are comfortable for sleeping because we didn't sleep - people on the floor spent the entire night (until 4am), walking between rooms, slamming doors, yelling, crying and shouting, all night.
The rooms are nice and the location is good but despite signing and reviewing multiple items that say there can not be parties, it seems to still happen.
