Very friendly staff especially James at the front door. Very courteous and respectful. Gave us help in finding places to visit and directions to get where we needed to go. Desk helpers were also helpful, courteous and respectful. The ladies in the restaurant were the best!! Treated us like queens! Highly recommended all the help staff and this hotel!!

We had a great stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We had a unique situation that allowed us to change rooms midway because I had two reservations for personal travel, then business. We loved the game room. Played billiards a bunch with my son. The room sign said closed at 11pm, but closes at 10pm. The hotel is an excellent location. Checkin is the 9th floor, gym and bonus rooms on different levels. They had a nice board room I was able to work from.
Location is great. Fast and friensly service. Clean and updated rooms. No outdoor seating or smoking areas. Rooms are pretty basic. Only cable no streaming. No pool or hot tub. Loved the proximity to everything. Amenities were lacking.
Hotel was fairly good. Rooms were large and comfortable. Showers were not very hot and took a long time to warm up. Beds were very comfy. We had a spill on the bed and needed to have the bedding changed, they delivered bedding but told us we had to make our own bed. Rooms were surface clean, however white socks walking in the floors got dirty quick. All staff with the exception of one male desk clerk, were friendly and helpful.
Really enjoyed my stay here. The location is probably the biggest plus, super close to the Blue Line, which made getting to and from O’Hare really easy and you can walk to Millennium Park and a bunch of other sites in no time. There’s fast food nearby open late, Walgreen/Target/Macy's a few minutes away and a couple of good breakfast options close by too (Magnolia Bakery + Holy Bagels + Garrett’s Popcorn!) I ended up walking pretty much everywhere I needed to go. I was also expecting the noise to be more of an issue after reading some of the other reviews, but it wasn’t bad at all, in fact I slept fine and never really had any problems with noise. The staff were super friendly as well, which always makes a difference. The room itself was a good size and had plenty of space. It wasn’t perfectly clean though, I noticed a bit of dust and a few crumbs tucked into the creases of the desk chairs. Nothing major, but definitely something that could be improved. One thing I really wish they had was water bottles in the room. I arrived absolutely parched after travelling and would have appreciated a bottle waiting there. Also, if planning to use the gym, just be aware that the water dispenser wasn’t always filled. Overall, would definitely stay here again. Fantastic location, helpful + friendly staff, good sized room and I found it really convenient for getting around Chicago.
