I stayed at Nak Nakara Hotel for three nights in September and had a great time here.
First, the room was clean, cozy, and the bed was comfortable. One minor thing is that there is no elevator and my room was on the third floor, but it was ok for me.
The staff, including Aou, Eye, Tiw and the others were friendly and helpful. I dropped my key somewhere outside the hotel and the staff helped me find it. They also recommended a good restaurant for me which I really appreciated.
The swimming pool was big and clean and I like to swim here. Overall, the price is reasonable in Chiang Rai and I would recommend this hotel for visitors.
We’ve stayed at Nak Nakara Hotel twice as a family. They offer connecting rooms which has been super helpful for us. We enjoyed the pool, and the included breakfast is phenomenal!

Spacious, green and beautiful resort in a calm locality! Wat Phra Singh, Wat Phra Kaew are in 10 minutes walking distance. Also Night bazar, Clock Tower and various convenience stores are nearby.
It's worth mentioning about the free drinking water refill to reduce plastic water bottles usage. There's also free bananas and infused water available in the reception area. Snacks and drinks in the room are free. It's kind of them to accept my request for a room in the ground floor!
We stayed for two nights at this hotel and we really enjoyed our time. The rooms were big and we had two rooms that were connected by a common door. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast as well as the dinner was various and good. The pool was refreshing and our kids enjoyed every minute in it. The last day we had a massage and we can only recommend everything that this hotel is offering. We definitely made a wonderful experience.
We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The rooms were very clean and spacious for 3 people. The big fridge in the room was very useful for storing our food and the water and fizzy drinks supplied was a nice touch. The pool area was lovely but the biggest highlight of our stay was the fantastic breakfast every morning with freshly prepared eggs to your liking. The breakfast was exceptional. The staff were also a highlight and they even helped us out with securing a driver to bring us to 4 sites in the area including the Wat Huay Pla Kang and the Lalitta cafe. The hotel is about a 10min walk from the clock tower and so the hotel is quiet at night, we had no noise issues.
