Mora Boutique Hotel

As always, excellent staff service with a smile, rooms and facilities are so clean and smell great. I like that how they often offer fruit when you are pool side. Their breakfast experience I like more than other hotels because they offer an À la carte menu when you have breakfast included. It is an excellent hotel that won't dissapoint. We stayed two nights, moving from a deluxe rooms that all over look the pool to a superior room on the third floor facing housing. Both rooms were clean, spacious, and stylishly decorated with nice nods to northern Thai culture. Staff were wonderful, efficient, polite and helpful, and a genuine pleasure to deal with. the location was convenient with laundry, a 7-Eleven and local Thai style restaurants nearby. Overall our sleep and use of the hotel as a paying guest was marred by a large group of European families with teenagers staying at the same time. They were often loud and inconsiderate of other guests by slamming doors, on two occasions there was arguing so loudly it was unsettling. The rooms do transfer sound, above us you can hear stomping and shifting of furniture, which disrupted our sleep both nights as guests stayed up late. The European families also monopolised the pool area every afternoon, taking over the pool with no real awareness of other guests around them. We don’t fault the hotel for this, you can’t control how guests behave. But when a hotel accommodates large groups or families, it’s worth considering how that may impact the experience for everyone else staying there. Breakfast was good, plenty of variety, however the coffee was undrinkable, BUT the In room coffee with the coffee pod machine was great, had a good taste and a real caffeine hit. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

We booked a 4-night stay at Mora Boutique Hotel and received the warmest welcome from the reception team upon arrival. Checking in was smooth and relaxed, followed by a thorough, detailed explanation of our stay. ​The entire staff—from the housekeepers to the management—is exceptionally friendly and attentive. Even though we didn't book our day tours directly through the hotel, they proactively asked for our itinerary and tour operators to help coordinate seamless pick-ups for us. ​Everything throughout the hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. On top of that, the location is ideal, just a short walk to the local night markets. A wonderful place to stay—highly recommended!

Such a lovely secluded place near the heart of town. The staff are some of the personable across Thailand! Just an adventure with them. Service is over the top when you treat the staff friendly. It's Boutique so I wouldn't bring boys here. Breakfast is quaint and beautiful, but for a real treat it's beautiful for married couples or just a single. The venue is small, but includes a lovely large rooftop area. Nothing is crammed so it's really safe and nice. Security and Reception are impossible to get past if you don't belong :)
