My bf and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms are comfortable and feature great air conditioning, and while we didn't have enough time to use the pool, we saw it and it looked really nice. The location is perfect, situated very close to the night market and conveniently near a 7-Eleven as well. Breakfast is served from 6:00 to 10:00 AM offering a fantastic variety of options to start the day, and the staff is just incredibly kind and welcoming. As a quick bonus tip for anyone interested, they have an image and information at the reception for a Chiang Rai tour operated by another company, which I highly recommend!
We stayed in December. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is alright.
Night market is walking distance. The location is very good.

Room was spacious, night market was in a walking distance. My room was on the second floor a bit of hassle as there was no lift and I had to take the baby up and down the stairs multiple times a day.
The pool is good with warm water but there are tiles that are broken and needs repair
