Skyline jungle has a great set up that finishes at the base camp. The guides were very engaging and fun, as well as picture taking pros. The final zipline is nearly 1km long over a deep gorge and really gives the feel of flying. Only issue is the time needed from pick up to drop off is much m longer than advertised.

The zipline experience was very fun. The zipline employees were very professional and safety conscious. The shuttle driver however was not the best at communicating that we had to wait for the rest of our party who added the Luge tour in a badly air conditioned shuttle before we could drive to lunch. We waited over an hour. I believe that we were running way behind.

Great experience - the driver coordinated pickup time and place before the scheduled activity. Got us to our destination safely. The zip lining was amazing, the tour guides during the zip lining made sure to keep us safe, especially my 2 boys ( 8&11). We all had a great time

I told the tour guide at the very start of the tour that I had a 5:00 pm class in Old Town. He confirmed clearly that it would not be a problem and that I could be back on time. The tour finished around 3:00 pm, but we were then forced to wait over 60 minutes for photo transfers — despite the fact that I did not purchase any photo package. There was no reason for customers who did not buy photos to be delayed. When I raised my concern again, the guide admitted we would only arrive by 5:30 pm, directly contradicting what he had promised earlier. He then said the driver would send me first. That also did not happen. Instead, the driver took the entire group to a restaurant stop. I clearly said I did not want to eat and needed to leave. The driver asked where I was going — and then walked away. I later found out from another staff member that the driver was eating, and I was told I had to wait another 20 minutes for everyone else to finish. At that point, multiple simple solutions were available: • I could have been sent first, as promised • I could have been released earlier instead of waiting for photo transfers • A separate car or taxi could have been arranged None of these were attempted. And I wasted my 600 baht class because of this poor arrangement . The reality is clear: once you don’t buy the photo package, they simply don’t care about your time. I finally arrived at 6:20 pm, when my class ended at 6:30 pm. I completely missed a class that cost 600 baht — purely due to this tour’s negligence and lack of accountability. The irony? I was the only person in the group who left a tip. This tour operator shows no respect for customer commitments, makes false time guarantees, and prioritizes upsells over basic responsibility. I strongly advise future travelers not to rely on any schedule promises made by this company.

An out of this world experience!! We did the Buffett, ziplines and then the giant swing. The bus was very bumpy as other reviews mention which me and my partner found funny 🤣 that is all the experience travelling to the top of the beautiful jungle mountains. We stopped off at the jungle restaurant and it was absolutely beautiful overlooking the jungle and we had some yummy Thai food. We then got a truck up the mountains to the start of the ziplines. Instructors were kind, funny and made us feel safe. They also spoke many languages for everyone. We payed for a photo package and they captured the best photos of us and also videos of us doing superman and going over the ziplines. Thank you so much for an amazing day!!

The team was fun and full of excitement. They made everyone feel safe. They made us feel like we were the only ones on the tour when there were 6 other people with us. We highly recommend this exciting adventure.

This was SO much fun! There were at least a dozen ziplines, spanning anywhere from 10-900m in length. The guides are amazing when it comes to safety, and were enthusiastic about taking photos for us (you can buy a package thats super affordable, we got over 100 photos and a few videos). This is a must do in Chiang Mai!

Fun all-day experience! The zip lines were amazing, the staff was professional and entertaining, and the scenery was absolutely spectacular. The only downside was the drive from the drop-off point to the zip lines. Riding in the open-bed truck on a very narrow, unstable road felt genuinely unsafe—everyone was holding on tight, and I was honestly worried the truck might tip over. While we made it safely, the ride was nerve-wracking enough that I’m giving one less star.

A reliable pick up from the hotel to the zip line area. From first arriving I was confident in the safety, a very slick operation we bought the extra photo package so glad we did as we have some great shots and videos. 21 zip lines in total and a couple of small abseils. Guides at front and back of group and go at the groups pace. Can’t fault it. Did the luge which was ok as a finish to get down. The buffet lunch was really good not like normal poor food. All in all a fabulous day for the family

This was one of the best days ever. Such great fun with awesome views. The guides were amazing and we felt very safe. It’s worth paying them for photos and videos as they are fab and a great reminder of a fabulous day. Couldn’t rate it highly enough.

The ziplines were fun, the team was professional, and the food was surprisingly great too. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a fun and well-organised adventure.

Tree top views are amazing. Everything was fast and efficient—the adrenaline rush is sustained throughout. Definitely volunteer to do the Super Man on the very last zip line. Hands down, driving the luge was probably the highlight of my experience.

This was the most incredible zipline trip I’ve ever been on, between the hilarious guides, the beauty of the scenery, and the INSANE lines! Felt safe and secure the entire time. Not to mention to scenic and delicious lunch after!

Very impressed with the professionalism and safety of this excursion. It was a lot of fun. Our group was a blast. The guys who took us on the zip line were fun. The scenery was beautiful. Saw really young kids doing this do not too difficult. Would definitely recommend this for people who like a little adventure.

The guides made me feel safe , they were friendly and efficient. He made sure we got great pictures. The zip lines were fun especially the longer ones. I liked the additional fun on the swings and go carts. Transportation was also right on time at pick up and delivered back to hotel. The driver was a very capable and excellent driver.

My first time on a zipline and it was an excellent choice as there were so many. The only downside is we were delayed at the start by about 30-45 minutes due to a lack of available staff. If not for that I would have rated it 5 stars. The provided lunch was good although a limited selection. It was cold on the mountain so make sure you bring some warm clothes which we did not do and there was nothing available to purchase or rent.

The zip line adventure itself was amazing. The staff was very friendly and fun, making sure to get good photos of everyone. The views were also stunning. With that said, the logistical coordinating needs a lot of improvement. I was told to be ready between 9-9:30, with the start time being 9:30. Also said be ready 15 minutes before pickup time. Despite numerous messages through the app asking if that meant 8:45 or 9:15 they did not respond. I finally get a call at 9:05 telling me they’ll arrive to the hotel in 10 minutes. Twenty minutes go by, so I called and they said a few more minutes. Another 10 minutes to by so I call again. They say there was a delay at the previous hotel, which I totally understand happens, but I’ve been waiting for 40 minutes now and have had to call twice due to unanswered messages in Viator and no updates from them. The description says lunch will be provided, as well as snacks and water. Before starting the zipline we were given a small pouch with a small water bottle and a little wafer cake. That is all we were given for the next 6 hours until we arrived at “lunch” at 4:00pm. Keep in mind, some people were picked up around 8-8:30 am. There needs to be better planning and communication throughout the entire journey. Ended up being gone for almost 9 hours, but we were the last picked up and the first dropped off, so others had a 10+ hour day. If you are patient and understand it will be a long day, I highly recommend this because of the actual zip line and “luge”. If you think going 6+ hours without much food or water is a problem, don’t do this.

We booked zip line day before our trip to Chiang Mai. The car was on time even a bit before time we agreed, what was very good for us. On arrival we had nice lunch and continued drive towards station. After we got our outfit. We were given instructions. And after again drive towards to the start station. Security is amazing. With us was two guides. One always went first the other one was last ! We made around 30+ platform . Was a lot of fun and laugh . I’ll never forget this experience. Thank you guys!

This was definitely worth every penny! The 1,000 meter final zipline (hope I didn't spoil it for any of you) was a thrill overt he jungle canopy! From the staff to the view and the amazing amosphere. Something I will remember for as long as I can!! I would like to say its a once in a lifetime adventure, but I may just do it again with friends! You will love every second of this trip. The happiness and excitement is priceless!

The location was amazing. The safety gear and briefing given was too good. All the lines and platforms were very well maintained and there was not a single time that safety was compromised. The guides assigned to us were amazing and they ensured the energy levels stayed up throughout. We also loved the Luge! And the food was outstanding! This surely was my highlight of Chiang Mai!

This is a great afternoon out – especially as the organisers offer a pick up from your hotel (although the website suggests specific meeting points, in practice they tailor the route to you). Once out of the city, the location is about 70 mins away in the hills – and the temperature is at least 10c cooler. There are a total of 36 zips, bridges or nets and if you want to zip along the big one – 1,200 m – you have to take the full “extreme” version which is about £55. I am not sure why there is an upper age limit of 65 – as long as you are reasonably fit, it’s fine. Most of the group were in the 20-35 range. The zip lines themselves are fun rather than adrenaline inducing, and our group have five instructors which meant it was efficiently run with little wait times. Its very safe, this is the only zipline I have been on (and I have been on quite a few) which has a second parallel cable of exactly the same strength on which your back up pulley is attached, so should the main cable fail, there is another. That’s pretty safe!

As a solo traveller I usually struggle to get good photos of myself but the photo package here was so good, got a few videos too! Staff was very friendly and helpful Would definitely recommend!

Amazing experience! Recommended for all ages from kids to adults. We were a couple on our Honeymoon. The service is above and beyond, the safety is in first place and you feel it. Just go! Thank me later.

Thay came and picked us up from the hotel exactly on time with a nice car and very friendly staff. On arrival e beautiful place, very nice and professional staff excepted us and accompanied us al day through all the stations. They were very professional when it came to safety . They were very friendly and funny and when the little ones were a bit afraid they made it easy for them. The zip line was amazing, the view was breathtaking, the carting was great, and in the end, the buffet was in a beautiful place and very tasty. They brought us to the hotel, tired but with a great smile. It was an amazing day, an adventure that we will definitely remember for life, absolutely worth the money.
