Sky Hawk Zipline Experience In Chiang Mai

Overall the activity was worth the money and it was an unforgettable experience. However, I feel that the communication before the activity has room for improvement. I picked the full transfer option. My hotel was not in the pre-set list so I chose the option “contact operator later”. However, the only contact option I had was a Thai number where Whatsapp was not available and my foreign number is not able to sign up for their Line app. The operator later contacted me from another platform via email. Another issue I faced was that I was not informed of the vehicle number before pickup. I sought help from my hotel front desk where there is human error and the receptionist heard the carplate number wrongly. As someone who can’t speak or understand Thai, this was a stressful situation. Eventually we found the right vehicle as the driver came out and confirmed with us and I saw my booking name. The overall activity took up about 8 hours instead from pickup at 10am as we had to wait for another group from our minivan who purchased the ATV activity afterwards whereby the booking details stated the total activity to be 4. It would be better to state in the booking description that we would be travelling back with the same group in the minivan so guests can plan their day more accurately. Though overall the instructors are really friendly and they can speak good Chinese!

We booked a trip of 45 minutes ziplining in a total trip of 4 hours. We really liked the ziplining and the guides were careful and friendly, but the communication was zero. We didnt have any introduction for the tour, not any program information. At the end of the great zipping, we had to wait for transport and finally were got back in the hotel two hours later. And still they didn't communicatie on this, no excuses or whatever. Very strange and not very professional.

We did the 1 hour zipline tour and our booking was for 4 hours total with travel - instead they tried to upsell us with the 2 hour one and doing other activities because they had no one to transport us back to the hotel. We had booked in the morning to then have time for more activities in the afternoon, instead they make you wait there for hours. During the zip lining - both guides said multiple times things about my husbands weight and made him feel very uncomfortable. My husband is husky but not overweight and I do understand Americans are larger sized but to make multiple comments to where even our 11 year old son heard. We paid extra for earlier transportation back and that was the best part of the trip - the man was super friendly and sweet but we also paid extra for it to be able to leave early after realizing otherwise we would be stuck there for more hours. I would not recommend this tour at all - I am normally always a sweet person and write a negative review maybe once every 10 years.

It’s a great time of the year for zip lining in the jungle of Chiang Mai. It started out a little bit on the chilly side in the mountains. Then it turned into a beautiful day when the sun came out. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. My tour group was very nice. Btw lunch was served at the end of the event. I absolutely loved it. .

Wow so much fun, what a thrill. We enjoyed every bit of it. The guides were exceptional and made it extra fun yet super safe!

It was wonderful and I highly recommend doing this! Two of us are in our mid and late 70s and the staff was very helpful. I felt very safe!

Lots of hiking, stairs, plank bridges, and wire bridges. When it says you need to be in good health they mean al of the hiking and pathways up and down. Some areas of pathways needed repair but over all in working order. Kids and Grandparents had a good time. Lunch afterwords was needed for the full course as we were hungry and tired. They provided waters on your harness which was helpful. Would recommend!

Being picked up and dropped off at my hotel was very efficient. I had amazing fun on the zipline course. Would highly recommend this company. The views were spectacular and the lunch that was provided was really tasty. Great day!

Guide was very funny ans they took picture of video of me when I asked them to. Ziplining was fun, I did not count but there was quite a few. They offered lunch afterwards too.

Lovely crew members, tasty food, and of course great jungle scenery. We were a family of two adults and two teenagers and it was amazing. Highly recommended!

We booked the package with pick-up/drop-off and lunch included. The driver arrived on time to our hotel, and had a nice spacious vehicle with air conditioning. Our guides taking us around the ziplining were really friendly and made a big effort to make it an enjoyable and memorable day for us and even offered to take pictures on my phone that I had with me in a bumbag. The ziplining only lasted about an hour but we knew that when booking and it was definitely worth it. Lunch was really nice traditional Thai food and a cold bottle of water sitting out overlooking the view.

Really great fun! A brilliant way to spend a morning 'flying' through the jungle! Did the activity with my teenage son and we both loved it. Small group of only three so was really fast paced. Instructors were really good fun too.

My daughter’s loved this experience and now want to zip line everywhere we go. Highly recommended for an active family that wants to add a bit of thrill or adventure to their trip. I wish we had pushed for the photo package as pics are not allowed on the course for safety reasons. That’s the only part I’m missing. Great memories and great fun.

Fantastic pickup and return service to our hotel. The journey was about 1 hour drive to get to the venue. Felt very confident in staff expertise regarding safety equipment and instructions. Staff super fun and happy to help a very nervous first timer. In all a great experience, only one suggestion would be to have fresher buffet food available.

We loved this activity. The cafe is so high up in the trees, we could’ve enjoyed the view all day. The staff were really attentive and came with us throughout the course. We got some brilliant views of the forest at canopy height and had lots of laughs. Our driver was also excellent as was the lunch.

The way there was a little tough I highly recommend taking motion sickness pills. You do have to be in shape to do it, there is a lot of uphill walking and you’re with gear. The workers are fun and funny and you can tell that they love what they do, the views were insane. I truly loved it

Definitely get the transportation included if you can. The journey to and from the site is VERY hilly, and I can’t imagine a typical grab car being able to withstand that. After we got picked up, it was about an hour’s journey to the site. I opted for the shorter course, and I’m glad I did. It was just long enough for me, and they gave us free lunch afterwards 😁. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I was the first picked up but the last dropped off after the experience. I tried to ask the driver to drop me off first, but he didn’t speak English.

Very nice experience! All the zipline tour guides were very friendly and made sure everyone is all the times safe and feeling safe. If you drive to this zipline place on your own, you need to be quite skilled driver already. The road is very loopy and lots if ups and downs on the way. But you can also come by tour that includes transportation. The meal after zipline was delicious!

We enjoyed the zip line experience. We felt safe & felt that the operators knew what they were doing. The lunch we had was nice & we enjoyed wandering around the facility taking pictures of the location in the mountains. We had some extra time while visiting Chiang Mai & we are very glad we choose this adventure!

Amazing! A dream experience. The staff is incredible, especially with our young children (6 and 8 years old)! We want to do it again as soon as possible.

Great people, looked after us really well. Zip lining and atv were both great, cool atmosphere. Would recommend as was easy to organise and a lot of fun.

Overall an ok day, my partner really enjoyed it however I not so much. The drive gave me motion sickness so if you struggle with this take your stuff in advance, visit our had one weight listed and the company another so this needs to be updated. When doing the weigh in I was under the max weight but the staff were chuckling and making noise as the number went up which made for an uncomfortable start. Then I was not fully caught on one and hit the tree. This has resulted in back and rib pain that has not gone away yet (4 days post) if you are a little more curvy I’d caution this was not the best tour for you.

Enjoyed our experience in the beautiful jungle. Our guides were fun and made us feel safe! Transfer was comfortable and easy. Coffee was also yum!

Such a great experience - driver took us to the park, we went through the half course which was a ton of fun, were given lunch and then taken back home. Highly recommended.

Great experience overall! We were supposed to go with another group, but they didn't come, so we had a private experience. The people who work here put on our security outfits (very polite) and gave us a locker for our stuff, including our phone. Because we were not allowed to bring them (they dont have little bags to put them in during ziplining) and we didn't have the right clothes to bring them with us. This forced us to enjoy the moment, which was actually pretty amazing. We had 2 people with us to join (one in the front and one in the back) to make sure we were save (only they were allowed to touch and attach our equipment). Freaking awesome views. Sadly the people who work here didn't speak English, so communicating was a little hard (signing goes a long way). After ziplining we got a delicious meal with an iced thai tea while enjoying the view a little bit more. After that we could walk around a little bit to make some more pictures. So after all, we had e great experience:)

What an amazing experience, the views were fab. The staff were fantastic, with us every step of the way, making sure we were comfortable and having great fun 😁. Very quickly forgot about my dislike for heights 😀. Highly recommend this if you're in this region

Nice place to enjoy the jungle side of Chiang Mai, It is quite a tough road to get there for small/eco cars. Reasonable price for both activities and food. Worth!!!!

We did the longer course and it was a blast! It started raining when we got up to the mountain but they supplied us with ponchos so there were no issues. I’m not sure how other courses are (being a first timer) but there was a LOT of climbing (ropes, stairs, bridges, etc.) so if you’re in decent shape it shouldn’t be an issue. The guides with us were funny and ensured that everyone was safe the whole time. Would definitely do it again!

It was a fun experience floating over the treetops up in the mountains. Not liking heights I was never uncomfortable in enjoying the experience. From the beginning of having our harness put on to the safety measures during our ziplining we never fely unsafe. It is an experience we thoroughly enjoyed and recommend to other. The two you gentlemen in charge of our group were very attentive to ensure our safety.

The zip lining itself was great fun, the staff were really friendly and ensured safety was paramount. I opted for the short version but honestly it was enough! The views are spectacular. My tip would be to ensure you wear trainers! Lunch was also included which I hadn’t realised and was much appreciated. My driver was over 30 minutes late which was frustrating, however he was apologetic and got us there and back in one piece. I’d highly recommend this activity!

Dear Team, I had a wonderful experience with the team. They were so supportive and helpful during the entrie time. At the same time they were also fun. We did the short course, which is 18 zips. There were 2 vertical drops of about 12 ft. 2 men tagged along as handlers. Scenery was excellent especially the lunch time view. Safety was well followed. The handlers we're great and all zip lines were super. Longest zip is about 150 yards per my visual estimate. The whole family really enjoyed the experience. The drive from Chiang Mai was 1.5 hours and driver stayed until completion then returned us back to our hotel. Bottom line a good value and would do again.

Communication with tour operator was good when booking. Pick up from hotel was just a little late but no problem. Everything was explained. The guys doing the zip line were great. Beautiful place. Value for money

Really enjoyable ziplines. The course is very interesting in the forest. We are very well accompanied by 2 guides who ensure everyone's safety at all times. Furthermore, I recommend the full course because the short course, the one we did, goes by very quickly. Considering the travel time, it is better to do the entire course.

Very nice experience, very friendly staff

What an amazing experience this was. It is about an hour's drive from Chiang Mai. My daughter of 9 and son of 11 have enjoyed it. There were two guides who helped us with everything. They were very funny and fun for the children. Especially that our children went off the 1km long zip line together with a supervisor was super cool. Every moment we have felt safe. This is a must for everyone. Thank you for the most beautiful experience in Chiang Mai
