Excellent! One of the most fun days I have ever had!! 8am pick up 4pm return, we rode through farming areas stopping for drinks. Lunch was a variety of lovely local Thai food with a table and chairs setup at the river. There were Elephants at the river we could see up close. Also went to caves, temple, elephant sanctuary. Extremely good value experience. I cannot recommend this day trip highly enough!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've meaning to do this review for sometime. I did a one day tour with a guide. It was brilliant. Saw so much countryside and scenery. Drove along riverbanks, dirt roads, normal roads. I thoroughly enjoyed the day and would recommend it. The bike was safe and well maintained and an excellent guide. Thanks

First off, it was the best experience I've ever had in Thailand. If you ever come to Chiang Mai take advantage of the opportunity and plan a scooter tour with Chiang Mai Scooter Adventure. Jay guided me through the local area and hidden corners of Chiang Mai all the way into the jungle for a whole day. It was truly an experience unlike any I've had on my travels. You're given thorough instruction on how to handle the scooter right from the start and the guide continues to provide guidance throughout the tour. I've been riding motorbikes for 20 years and have never experienced such an exciting and intense tour. You get to places you wouldn't normally see as a tourist. You navigate through the jungle, cross rivers, and climb mountains. The trip is indescribable. Each tour is individually tailored to the rider's skill level whether young or old. It was simply an experience I won't soon forget. I thank the tour guide Jay for all his knowledge, experience and humor. I could write even more lines and sing his praises but I'll just say thank you! Thank you for this unforgettable glimpse into Chiang Mai.

This was absolutely the highlight of my trip to Chiang Mai! I had never ridden a motorised bike before and was worried I would struggle but if you love the outdoors and some adrenaline adventure then I couldn't reccomend it more! You start of easy and work your way to the more challenging roads - but this tour had it all! Beautiful villages, farmland, jungle, caves, creeks, mountains and winding roads all the way back home. LOVED EVERY MINUTE! (I went by myself but everyone on the tour was lovely and the hosts were all wonderful people including our amazing guide Golf who really helped make it such an incredible day!)

Without a doubt, the best thing we did in Chiang Mai and honestly one of the best tours I’ve done anywhere, ever! We weren’t sure whether to book this at first but it turned out to be one of the absolute highlights of our trip. The whole experience was seamless from start to finish. We booked directly via email with Anna from the office (super easy and friendly), got picked up and dropped off at our hotel by the owner and spent the day exploring with Tano. If you’re thinking about renting a scooter in Thailand but feel a bit unsure, this is the perfect way to build confidence while also seeing some of the most incredible scenery. Even if you’ve ridden scooters before, this tour takes you to places you’d never find on your own! The day felt so authentic. We rode along quiet backroads, passed through peaceful local villages and even saw beautiful elephants, as well as a peaceful stop at a temple. The scenery was just breathtaking. Lush green landscapes, winding roads and views that made us want to stop constantly just to take it all in. The biking was so fun on the winding roads, off road, crossing rivers and then lovely sections of road cruising Tano was absolutely brilliant, knowledgeable, kind, relaxed and genuinely fun to be around. He really made the day what it was. We also stopped for drinks and snacks throughout the day in small local spots and had a delicious beef noodle lunch. Highly, highly recommend this to anyone visiting Chiangmai, a truly unforgettable adventure off the beaten path! We wouldn't hesitate to do it again anytime we are in Chiangmai!

If you're adventurous and want toi have a memorable experience I would highly recommend this tour! I had never ridden a scooter before and they taught me well before taking off. They even gave me the option to backpack on my friend's bike or the guide's bike if I wasn't comfortable and wanted to experience the full tour still. Tano was our guide and was amazing; he was super fun and helpful throughout the entire tour. I think he gauged our skills well, and we had an amazing time visiting the cave and riding through the outskirts of Chiang Mai. I will definitely do the 2-day tour the next time I visit!

We had an amazing experience, it is by far the best thing we did in Chang Mai. The experience is all set through the country side where tourists would not usually see. Our tour guide Goff was fantastic, friendly and really knowledgeable. It’s a full day adventure which is away from the hussle and bustle, so traffic is not an issue. From elephants to temples, local farms and village families, we finished with the koi carp cafe which is absolutely great - you can bottle feed a fish!! 11/10

What a great experience outside of the normal tourist things to do. Scooters are great and easy to use. Guides have great knowledge and take you to places away from the normal tourist spots. Highly recommend spending a day with them and getting adventurous.

Riding through the woods of Chiang Mai was one of best things I’ve done in a long time. Tano was probably the best guides I’ve had. He was informative about his country and above all felt like I was riding around with a friend and not just a guide. The manager, Hendrik, was helpful and gave insight about how best to get the most out of the city. This was a first rate experience in my opinion.

This will go down as one of my epic adventures in Thailand. From street riding to off roading, little hikes to a cave and waterfall, visiting a temple and time with the elephants. Full action packed day that will be in my core memories. Thanks guys!

Absolutely incredible! The guide was spectacular and knew the area like the back of his hand. Rough stretches that were highly technical combined with windy mountain roads and easy riding at times. This trip had it all! Temples, villages, farms, elephants, and a natural “haunted” cave with small shrines in a pitch dark cave. A thrill seekers must!

I was a bit nervous about booking this in the monsoon season (especially as the rain has been very heavy recently) however the trip was fantastic. You have to take a it a bit slower in some areas and be ready to get muddy, but it adds to the fun and the bikes hande it all suprisingly well. I loved exploring the farms and remote villages in the clouds. Great spot for some pictures and the locals are very friendly. It was a good mix of challenging offroading and also comfortable crusing along the paved roads. I didn't realise how much scenary you miss when you're on a tour in a van compared to the being out in the open on a bike. If its wet, I'd definately bring a coat and some shoes you don't mind getting muddy. Really enjoyed this one.

Had such an incredible experience. Tano was a great guide! Really good bang for your buck getting to see a cave, elephants and an epic off road trek. Probably one of the best tours I have gone on. 10/10 would recommend.

This is a must do in Chiang Mai!! You get so much in one experience and you get enough time at each stop to really soak it all in. The Scooter venture was epic! Riding all around the jungle gave you a view that you wouldn’t get otherwise. The water crossings were also really fun and a blast going through it. I felt safe the whole time and our guide Tano was amazing! Really made sure we were comfortable and safe while letting us know about locals and what makes Chiange Mai so great. We also went to a cave which was crazy, bats everywhere and the best thing was we had it to ourselves. The elephant sanctuary was also really cool and the animals looked well taken care of no chains or anything that looks like they are harmed. Please if you are thinking of an activity to do pick this one over anything else. 3 things in 1!! How could you say no

Epic doesn’t begin to describe the awesomeness of this adventure tour!! 5 stars in not enough! Easily one of the best tours I’ve had in Thailand! So much was packed in this one excursion than felt like multiple mini adventures combined into one grand package! First of all, there were four of us and none expect one had any prior experience riding a motorcycle. This was totally new to me, but after getting introduced by their team and practicing a bit on a semi controlled space, I felt like I could handle it and was comfortable riding. This excursion had us hiking through national parks, remote areas and taking in beautiful scenery along the way. We hiked to a cave and spent some time exploring this wonder. This part alone was an adventure on its own. Navigating the dark cave, learning the history, marveling at the huge caverns and so much more! We visited an Elephant sanctuary where we ate lunch and got to see, feed and play with an elephant. Another mini adventure! Then of course there was the biking through exciting terrain including crossing rivers, up hills, then zipping along paved secluded roads. So much to say and especially of our guides Tano and King who attended to us impeccably throughout our excursion. Highly, highly recommend!! A truly unique and memorable experience.

Amazing trip in the nature around Chiang Mai. At first it seemed a bit intimidating, but as soon as we got rolling everything went smooth and the scooter was super easy to control. Will be back for more!!

OMG, this was the best day out while I was in Chiang Mai. The scooters were easy to get the hang of because you ride on the road in the beginning. The I was greeted by the adventure part of the trip, amazing Mountain View’s, and the experience I will never forget. The river crossings were lots of fun as well as getting to meet and have lunch with the elephants. This is a great adventure.

One of the best adventure trips I’ve done, Tano the guide is excellent and very patient, if you want a full day to discover the beauty of Chiang Mai this is the best tour to do, from incredible landscapes, exploring a cave, spending time with elephants, and riding across the rivers, a true highlight and a wonderful memory of Chiang mai.

A must do ! If you want to discover the beauty of Chiang Mai far from the tourists and with a little bit of adventure, that's the best tour to do : wonderful landscapes, meeting with elephants, and riding cross the rivers, it was so much fun. Bonus, the guides are really nice and profesionnal 👌

This was hands down the best thing I've done in Thailand. Such an awesome mixture of things to do in one day. Gorgeous viewpoints overlooking the mountainous rainforest, a crazy cave in the jungle with HUNDREDS of bats flying around in a big bat tornado, elephants (always a win), and my favourite part was just the off-road section on the modded scooters. Such a rush! I felt like I was in a video game playing jungle Mario Kart. Tano the host is such a cool chill guy, really enjoyed his company, and he seemed really happy to see his guests having a good time. Tips for the tour: - I had almost zero experience on scooters and still managed OK. I really enjoyed pushing myself on the bike and going kind of fast, but there's no pressure to do so and you could still have an amazing time taking it really easy. Just be careful and go as fast or slow as you feel comfortable with - wear proper shoes. I stupidly wore some 200 baht flip flops that literally disintegrated in the cave haha. Tano got some string from a local and patched them up for me luckily. But you scramble around a lot of rocks in the cave, plus good shoes will make changing gears on the bike easier, so wear good shoes! - your clothes (mostly just pants) will get wet and muddy, so wear something you don't mind getting a bit dirty Anyway just go on the tour it's amazing. I'm going to do the 2 day one next time with an overnight stay. Thank you Tano!

This was by far the best experience in chiang mai. My guide Tano was extremely knowledgeable and we saw far more than I ever expected. After he bought some sticky rice for me to try and spending some time practicing on the scooter we took off. We first visited the white temple in chains Mai, which was absolutely stunning. We then ventured further, visiting a Mon village where he bought me some coffee, and I met some of the young students. Later we saw beautiful views along the field growing thousands of chilis. We later entered an old cave where elephants laid for their final rest and Japanese soldiers camped during the war. After we visited an elephant sanctuary run by the Karenni people from Myanmar. It was beautiful, and I for the first time in my life got to see some elephants, majestic and intelligent creatures. We ate lunch, and continued further to a ride through the jungle. It was fun off roading through the lush forests. Finally after exiting we visited a few more temples, all of which were included in the price of booking. A wonderful experience, that was just long enough, leaving my house around 8 am and getting back about 5-5:30. Would definitely recommend, a great tour that encompasses all that makes Thailand a beautiful place.

Interesting off roads, nice to see elephants and great winding main roads. I recommend it to those who want a little more than a city ride.

Had a great time touring the Thailand countryside! This is really the only way to get a feel for how the Thai people farm the steep hillsides and valleys in Northern Thailand. There are numerous stream crossings along the route but 2 out of 3 people in our group who had limited scooter experience did fine. There are some steep ascents and descents so it is helpful to have at least some biking experience on hills. The tour operator provided two experienced guides who were excellent! In addition we explored a deep limestone cave along the route which was an added experience. The three of us had a great time and would highly recommend this tour!

This was one of the best days out I’ve had- would come back to Chaing Mai for this company again! You skip all the traffic of inner Chaing Mai and take some scenic tarmac before backcountry dirt roads. The day had so much more than I thought it would, whilst also being at my pace! Encourage you to tell them what you’re looking for as they are flexible to your ability! 100% worth it!!

Wow, that was so amazing trip. You can drive through forest roads and rural areas of Northern Thailand. The nature is so beautiful and diverse there. Off-road motorbiking is so fascinating and you will remember this experience for a long time. My guide was Harry - so friendly and intelligent person, he is very experienced biker and knows a lots about Thailand, so you will be in a good hands and never bored 🙂
