This tour is designed for thrill-seekers who want to experience Chiang Mai’s best adventures and still have their afternoon free. Off-Road Adventure: Kick off your journey with a 1-hour ATV ride. Navigate a thrilling mixture of rural roads and rugged jungle terrain. It is the perfect way to explore the local countryside and witness the scenic hills from a unique, mud-splashing perspective. Whitewater Action: Next, head to the Mae Taeng River for an exhilarating whitewater rafting experience. Conquer Class III–IV rapids over a 4 km distance. This 40-50 minute heart-pounding run offers the perfect balance of excitement and stunning natural beauty. Finish your adventure with a delicious Thai lunch at our riverside base before a comfortable transfer back to your hotel. Important ATV age requirements: Ages 16+ may drive. Ages 14–15 require on-site approval from ATV staff and driving is not guaranteed. Under 14: passenger only; driving is not allowed.

Tour guide mosquito and james were very polite and kind. Overall the experience for ATV and rafting were good. I prefer ATV as its more fun while rafting was very muddy water.

My husband and I are on our honeymoon and booked this morning adventure package the night before, hoping to get a unique experience enjoying the nature in Chiang Mai. We found exactly that! Joe was kind and took us to some incredible ATV and white water rafting local businesses. We felt like we really got an authentic experience with both adventures. Our absolute favorite was the ATVs, we went through different types of terrain with incredible Mountain views, even through rivers. My one suggestion is that you do pass by many elephant sanctuaries, so we got to see the incredible animals from afar, but this might not be something everyone enjoys. The white water rafting was a bit more mild than we were expecting (probably class II), but the skippers were hilarious and had us laughing and smiling the whole time!
