Great course — but check the safety claim on their website Excellent day out with our family. The 1,200 m line is genuinely impressive, guides were friendly and attentive, the buffet was fine, transfer well organised. One factual note for future visitors. The website advertises a “New safety line system by COUDOU PRO ‘Triple Safety System’”. We did not encounter this. We were equipped with a standard double lanyard: two separate carabiners that can each be opened independently of the other. That is the normal industry standard and we never felt unsafe — staff handled all clipping and unclipping themselves and were careful about it. But it is not the mechanically interlocked system the website describes, where opening one carabiner physically blocks the other. Worth updating the site so expectations match reality. Would still recommend the course.

Most amazibg ziplining experience ever! So many lines and a beautiful setting. Felt safe and enjoyed every moment of our day! Well worth the money and will be hard to top!

Booked the extreme package with Click2GoThailand & had an absolute blast! I'm scared of heights so this was a real adrenaline rush. I was solo & put with a small friendly group. Was so impressed by the experience & efficiency of the instructors, their main priority was our safety & keeping us moving smoothly to avoid any queues. Flying over the jungle terrain was incredible & I'm glad I paid for the video & photos. I had my own transport & didn't opt for the buffet so can't comment on those. Highly recommend this activity to everyone!

I so disappointed in this company. We were to be picked up between 7:00 and 7:30. We called at 7:30 because we had not yet been picked up. And instead of sending a car for us they waited 45 minutes and then told us they couldn't do anything about it. If we wanted to reschedule we could, but of course we're leaving soon so we cannot. We ended up having to cancel. They couldn't find our reservation. They had put it at the wrong time. We were conversing with two different groups of people, both of whom did not talk to each other very well and had no idea what was happening.

Im not sure what went wrong, but we booked this tour months in advanced.. communication was great up until the day of pick up. They confirmed the night before that pick up would be 7-730am. We sat in lobby at 7:05am at 734am I reached out to them.. at 752am they called and said they couldn’t come pick us up. This has sort of ruined our day because 1 we got up extremely early for this, 2 we were super excited, 3 this is our last day in chiang mai.

Good length and friendly staff, food was great and the zip lines was fantastic with great views. Honestly would recommend and would do it again

Went for the Extreme package and had a great time with the Zipline of different lengths and scenic mountain view. The equipment is in good condition. Each batch (8-10 persons) is accompanied by two staff members. They are professional, entertaining and always ensure your safety. The driver providing pickup and drop off service is polite.

The Excursion activity was absolutely fantastic. The team was a lot of fun but above all everything was super super safe. They had backups on on backups with them only touching any of the equipment. I highly recommend this to anybody, even if you are Leary of heights but like to take a bit of a challenge. It is apparently the biggest zipline in all of Asia they have 38 platforms 18 zip lines ranging from 400 m right up to 1200 m. Along with several Bridges ending with a really nice lunch as well with all your transportation from your hotel in Chiang Mai.

Very Nice ! Great team that guides and supports the participants. We were with a family of 5. The abseiling looked really scary at first, however was good to do in practice. Recommend to do this adventure. Thanks to the team for a great day.

As stated on their advertising it is extremely fun, would highly recommend taking their extreme package, we had 2 guys that was in our group that only did the ultimate and long story short, they wanted to experience the 1200 meter one so they upgrade themselves to the extreme package. It was worth it. Our guide was sonny, and his crew had a good time with us, and at the end, their buffet was delicious, I would highly recommend this if you are looking for something to do while in Chiang Mai.

Booked this through our hotel. Pick up at around 830am and ride to the location is about an hour and a half. Pretty drive through the jungle. Two options - the ultimate (basically half the course) and extreme (full course which included apparently the longest zipline run in Asia). My son and I have zip-lined quite a few times so we went with the ultimate and had a blast so if you want to save about 700 BHT, that's probably the way to go. Only hitch was that we were the only ones in the group with the ultimate so at the halfway mark, we had to hike up a decent ascent a few hundred meters back to the base (they asked us if we wanted to "upgrade" but we passed). We had to stop a few times to catch our breath, just a note that there will be some cardio if you go with ultimate. The zip lining was really fun, a good mix of short, medium and long runs. Our guides were great, having fun but keeping very safe. Also, we had to wait about an extra hour while the rest of the group finished the latter/extreme package course. That group was driven back up the mountain in the back of a pick up. Standard but tasty lunch with beautiful views overlooking the valley. And we paid for photos (I think 100 BHT per person) which were decent. Before we left the photographer gave us a his portable drive and upload all the photos (the entire group) to our phone. We had to delete all the extras of other people we didn't need. I did bring my iPhone but it was a challenge to pull it out and take photos as the group kept moving and we had on gloves that needed to be removed to shoot vids or photos. Also, if you drop the phone, it's gone in the jungle so recommend buying the photos and not worrying about taking any on your own! A bit shorter ride back. I believe we returned to our hotel around 2pm.

We had a blast! The team emphasizes safety through every step while keeping the experience unforgettably fun. I was especially impressed with how smooth the operation was to keep everyone zipping with minimal downtime. The views were breathtaking and the lunch at the end was LEGIT! I have zip lined with several other tour companies, this crew and course is hands down the best I've seen.

I went there with a friend, and had a wonderful time; both the zip line themselves and the guides are a treat! Everything is very very safe, yet impressive. At no point in time did I feel concerned about my safety or that of the installations. I would definitively recommend to someone who likes to live some adventure, proud to have gone on the longest and highest zip line in Asia, who likes a bit of adrenaline, but does not need to really experience fear to be happy

Had a wonderful experience! They accounted for everything and provided us with anything we could need - water, gloves, bugspray. All the gear was in excellent condition and all the facilities were well-maintained. Even the bus was lovely! We felt very safe and the guides were clearly very experienced. It also wasn't actually as warm up there because it's so high, which was a nice break from the heat. 😅 Our guides were also very helpful and had a great sense of humour! You will need to walk up some stairs a few times, but you don't have to be extremely fit (I'm certainly not!). Would highly recommend. 💯

We have experienced the Zipline in Wales, UK and in the UAE both are fast but over in a flash. This one is the best. Once you start your feet don't touch the ground. We spent about 2.5 hours ziplining from Tree to tree, in two cases using short rope bridges and rope nets to get from one tree platform to the next zipline. This adds to the fun. The crew of 4 were so much fun to be with but remember you are in Thailand so H&S is a little different to Europe. The lunch they provide is excellent as well. I would do it again if we went back.

Great spot. Instructors very good and funny. Would definately reccomend if you are in chang mai. Also oickuo and drop off at hotel and have lunch, water etc.. also have the option to have photos during the zipping.

Overall a good experience, beautiful views and average price including health insurance and transfer from hotel. Main criticism would be the instructors approach to customer, very friendly but perhaps a little too personal. Me and my friend are larger and therefore had a few comments about our size which I understand slightly due to cultural differences but when paying a high rate for a great experience it does take away from the experience as a whole. Generally they were very friendly and the comments weren’t too offensive but things such as ‘big buddha’ are hard to shake off during the activity.

Absolutely had a blast doing this. If you think you might enjoy this, trust me you will. I went solo and ended up having a wonderful time with a great group of people and all the workers were amazing. Was the ultimate jungle gym in the sky and full of laughs and they even take professional photos for you for cheap!

We had such a wonderful experience ziplining. Our driver picked us up at the beginning of the range they gave us (7 am) and it was about a 90 minute drive. There are many twists and turns, so take motion sickness pills if you might need them. When we got there, all of the staff was amazing!! They were very professional while also being very fun. We had an absolute blast. You got ready and off to ziplining quickly enough that there wasn't time to be scared. We had no safety concerns, you were clipped to the line in two different places and were almost always clipped to a line along a tree when you weren't zipping. We were very glad to have pictures taken of us, which was absolutely worth the extra money. We also upgraded our package while we were there to do all the ziplines, which was also worth it. There is some hiking involved - the hike up to the tallest zipline was brutal so be prepared! We had an absolute blast and would recommend this to anyone.

The ziplines are much fun and the staff are very nice, however dealing with safety they are not the best, joking a lot and not treating the situation with the required thought, a lot of times disconnecting both your safety buckels completely before reconnecting to the safety wire, and for themselves not using both safety buckels and jumping on the cable while connecting the buckle. A feeling that a safety accident is imminent. I was constantly checking to see if my buckles were locked, and found two cases where it was not!

Very good ambient and nice instructors. I went with my sister and we took the basic plan but once you are there you can upgrade to extreme (if you like). In addition, we took the option of getting pictures also a nice opportunity to get nice pictures. Highly recommended.

Great family trip. A lot of fun, nice scenery, good lunch, comfortable transfers. Nice equipment. The guides are always joking around which added to the enjoyment. Recommended

This is a great adventure and kingkong delivers on about as much extreme zip lining as you could hope for. You will do five super long rides between 500 to 1200 meters and they are super high over the valleys. My 17 year old daughter didn’t flinch but I definitely had the jitters. Team keeps you safe. I highly recommend.

Great morning spent zip lining. Staff very friendly and fun to be with. Good staff to customer ratio. Continuous flow of people going over zip lines so we weren’t standing around waiting. Buffet lunch was lovely. Transfer mini bus very comfortable.

This was an awesome experience and totally worth the price! I have been Ziplining before, so the heights don't affect me much, but this could be a very safe and exhilarating experience for someone if it's their first time. The staff are awesome and so nice and always keep your safety in mind. You get to go on a lot of zip lines and a few really long ones, those are my favorite. The only thing I would suggest is for one of you to bring your phone. They technically say they offer picture packages, but the guides only ever used our phones to take pictures of us which was really nice of them. One of them even took my phone and videoed while I was zip lining. Obviously that is a "at your own risk" option, but I appreciated it. But if you wouldn't have taken your phone and didn't have a person like me on your tour you would be out fun photos. The area was also so beautiful and really out in the jungle with lush green trees all around. They finished off the day with a simple but good meal! The drive was about an hour and a half each ways. Overall I would defiantly suggest if you have ever wanted to give it a go!

Our experience was 10/10. We were picked up from our hotel and driven in comfort with air con to the place in the mountains. We were offered drinks, banana prior to the experience starting and provided with mosquito spray. We were given a full safety demo and there were 8 staff for our group of 10 who did all the connecting of our zip line safety equipment for us. We felt safe the whole time and very supported. The staff were very friendly with a great sense of humour and made the day very enjoyable. It is definitely worth paying for the extreme package for the big 1200m zip line at the end. We also paid 600 THB per person for the photograph package, which was well worth it and were sent nearly 200 photos and videos which were of high standard. We were provided with a Thai buffet afterwards which was tasty and dropped back off to our hotel. The views were incredible through out and was such an enjoyable day! Would highly recommend!

We had a lot of fun there. Mr.Mos’s team Ben Go and Nu look after us very well. The level of service was very high, the equipment was safe and the views were spectacular. If you were looking for a place for adventure this definitely a place to go.

The zip lining was very good using experienced and funny guides. However the brochure in the mini bus showed the prices at 1900 baht or 2500 baht depending on which programme you selected. When booking through trip advisor we wee charged the equivalent of an extra 500 baht each. So this left a rather bitter taste realising we had been charged 30 % more. No point complaining to King Kong as they probably don’t know what Viator are charging. I’ve emailed Viator about there price guarantee and I await their response.

It was great. Wonderful value for money and the 1.2km zipline was brilliant. My 10-year-old son and I enjoyed it tremendously, despite the torrential rains in the last 25 minutes LOL. Warm blankets and a hot meal at the end remedied that. Highly recommended.

Absolutely no regrets in booking this experience. There are several ziplines now established around Chiang Mai and I have not tried any other ones, but I would wholeheartedly recommend this one. I must say that our experience was partly so great thanks to sunny weather (in the middle of the rain season), because it was beautiful 25 degrees. However, I bet this experience would have been amazing during any weather as the team is highly skilled and very fun to be around. I would also recommend for anyone to wear long sleeves not just as a protection from sun, but also from insects and overall comfort during the zipline.

What a great day we had at King Kong Zipline! We were a group of 8 and we were well guided by the staff during the zip line. They made a party of it. On the zip line you have a beautiful view over the jungle. Highly recommended if you are going to Chiang Mai you should really do this

Great experience. The guides who accompany you all the time and even though it rained a lot, it was worth it. It is feasible for every level of the family. You sometimes feel really outlawed when you zipline. You can buy a photo and video package, definitely do!

KingKong Zipline was an amazing experience. The views are amazing, the jungle landscape, the zip lines are very long: the longest is 1200m! The very expert and flexible instructors! Special mention of Tone! I recommend 100%!

Fun activity, the guides are very funny and kind. They even took videos with our cell without loading them. Back to the hotel long, we had to wait for the van, wait for people and go to make several detours in the city..
