Half-day Thai Cooking Class At Organic Farm In Chiang Mai

We have got so much information about thai herbals which we use for the ingredients. The program was excellent because we had our local guide,Luna, who was expert in her career. She was calm and friendly. She taught us step by step that made us feel relaxed to cook. 10/10 recommend this class.

This is a wonderful experience, our guide Natty was fun and informative. They communicated well about our hotel pickup. During the drive, we stopped at a small local market and she showed us a lot of the ingredients that we would be using for cooking our food. We did the half-day tour in the morning, Everyone gets a choice of what they want to cook, one curry, one main dish and one soup. everything there is very organized, with Natty demonstrating then we cooked under her supervision. The food was outstanding and more than I could eat. Wonderful experience!!

Amazing class, Natty was fantastic and the food and experience was great. The only thing that would be better is if we got to eat the curry straight away instead of then cooking the soup, as our Khao Soi was cold when we ate it. 10/10 recommend!

Had a fantastic half-day cooking experience. Chef K was so engaging, entertaining and enthusiastic that it really made the experience fabulous. The group was small which meant we all got involved. The farm where we did the cooking was lovely. The facilities were great and it was the best thing we have done in Chiang Mai so far. Fantastic value for money. Arrive hungry because there is so much food. Highly recommend this.

This was a really fun experience with Natalie, our teacher. Because we are staying well out of the center of Chiang Mai, we had to get ourselves to the meeting place, but for most people, getting picked up and dropped off would be very easy. We spent a short time at a market, where Natalie showed us a lot of the ingredients used in dishes we would be making. Each person got to choose 3 dishes they would make. This included vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options. We also would be making spring rolls for everyone. After a 20 minute ride to the cooking school/farm we began our experience. It was all well organized and Natalie made it extra fun with her sense of humor. Very quickly this group of 10 strangers was joking around together like friends. It was fascinating to see all the ingredients that went into each dish. The food we made was delicious. Sadly, I couldn't finish all food I made though. There was a lot to do, but also some down time, so I (69 years old) didn't feel really tired until the very end. Thank you to Natalie and the cooking school!

We loved our cooking experience. Natalie was on point and made sure we ebjoyed ourselves and made some great tasting thai classics dishes.Go hungry yiu will make plenty of great taesting food.

This tour is a must-do when visiting Chiang Mai! If you’re lucky, you’ll get Natalie as your tour guide and chef/instructor. This is a great small-group social experience. Bring some friends or come ready to meet new ones. It’s all about sharing the experience, and the food was excellent! Natalie was one of the best parts of the class. She’s funny, informative, and incredibly engaging. She kept us laughing throughout the entire afternoon. Bring your appetite because you’ll make a lot more food than you can possibly eat! Five stars all the way!

The chef was beyond amazing. He speaks English really well and is super funny and pleasant to talk to. He explained everything at the market and at the cooking course and answered all of our questions. The whole experience went by so smoothly thanks to his high organisational skills. We even had a little mortar competition and our team won! It was super fun and enjoyable. The food turned out absolutely delicious. Love packed all the food for us at the end to take home. I would love to have him as a teacher again some day.
