Doi Suthep Temple, Pha Lat Temple, Sticky Waterfall, Orchid Farm

We booked the private option for this tour. Our guide was Toon. Toon was a fantastic guide. He was knowledgeable, funny, and accommodating. The tour itself was well pace with enough time to explore at each site. Doi Suthep temple was beautiful and historical. The bird's eye of the city from the hill top was gorgeous. The van was very comfortable too. I would recommend this your tour if you want to visit Chiang Mai!

This was an amazing tour. Remember your water shoes bathing suit, and sun screen!! We were able to interact with the temple monks. Lunch and butterflies were very nice as well.

We had a great time on this tour! Thippy was a great tour guide. The sticky waterfall was definitely a highlight. I was originally skeptical, but it ended up being a lot of fun. Wish we had gone up a second time! The butterfly and orchid observatory was also a very nice stop for lunch!

Austin was our tour guide and from the minute he picked us up we knew we were going to like him. His English was very good he answered questions about the area and explained along the way to our sites. We had a private tour so he was flexible as we went. We even went to a local restaurant that he knew and experienced very good authentic food. I would recommend this tour and I would ask for Austin if you can.

Chugkapong Sakaew was an amazing guide! Flexible, knowledgeable and overall friendly. He went out of his way to make sure we had fun and was even cracking jokes.

We could not have asked for a better experience! Our wonderful guide Yosita was so knowledgeable and a beam of positivity that made our day even brighter. As we were the only two on the tour, she made it so special and personalised, taught us how to meditate at the temples, and was our personal photographer! She took us to the temples early before the crowds arrived, and taught us so much about Budism and positivity. The sticky waterfall at the end was the cherry on top. We will be recommending her to everyone we know and will definitely be back! Thankyou so much for the best day Yosita.

Austin was a fantastic guide, obviously has years of experience in tour guiding. Was able to explain an insert any questions we had. On the day we went was pouring rain so awesome actually had the foresight to help us reschedule and go to the places out of order, eventually loop back to see the last temple, even though it took overtime and we surpass the typical and time date. We greatly appreciated this service in hospitality that he provided. Overall, if it has experience, especially you enjoyed the wonderful lunch we had at a local restaurant! The sticky waterfalls were the biggest highlightsin such a magical experience.

Amazing experience! Our tour guide Austin was really informative and very prepared. He had plenty of water, bug spray, and even umbrellas. We got caught in some rain and he was incredibly nice and met us with umbrellas. The van was also extremely clean and comfortable. We had plenty of time at each stop, and the lunch was very delicious. I would highly recommend this tour!

We enjoyed the day a lot, the temples are breathtaking and the waterfall is a great activity especially when it's hot like it is in April. Our guide, Bird is very knowledgeable and answered every question we had. When arriving to the sticky waterfall, I recommend you to leave everything in the van except for a waterproof phone pouch and your phone if you want to take pictures. In my opinion, the trip is a but overpriced, but if you don't want to bother with transport, it's worth it.

This tour was amazing. Our guide Yosita was incredible, she taught us so much about the temples & everywhere we visited. We had already visited temples in Bangkok, however hadn't appreciated some of the points which Yosita taught us. Yosita also helped take some amazing photos of me and my partner which was fantastic.

Yosita, our guide was fantastic. Very friendly, polite, happy, positive and informative. Nothing was too much trouble, she answered all our questions with enthusiasm. My husband & I were the only people on this tour so it was very private & personal. Mr Diamond was a very good, safe & courteous driver. Totally recommend this trip. You’ll be more than happy if Yosita is your guide & you’ll be in safe hands if Mr Diamond is your driver.

Amazing trip. Ray, our driver was incredibly knowledgeable and explained so much about the history and rituals in the temples… he took us through the temple with such great detail and you truly felt part of the culture. If you want to get part of the Chiang Mai culture this is a must. The sticky falls was cool to do but very crowded.

Austin was amazing host. Very knowledgeable about Chiang Mai and every place we visited. Doi suthep was so beautiful and the weather in December is nice up there. We went to an amazing waterfall that would show rainbows through them. Visited a farmers village and he was very knowledgeable of all the plants and fruits and vegetables which surrounded it. We ended up having enough time left over and he took us off the beaten track to one of thailands most beautiful waterfalls. Not very touristy which was a sigh of relief. Would recommend Austin anytime anywhere. I thoroughly enjoyed my day. 10/10 get into your booking with this guy.

One of the best tours I have been on. Everything was amazing. Austin made sure we were comfortable. His vehicle was super clean and had great AC to stay cool. Fantastic tour for two reasons - one is the itinerary. Visiting the sticky waterfall was genuinely one of the most unique experiences we have had in Thailand, and the two temples are magnificent and rather educational. The other reason is the guide. I told Austin that I feel in the touristy city of Chiang Mai there are good guides and there are better guides, and he is definitely one of the latter ones. He is very knowledgeable, super patient, and genuinely caring and accommodating. He told us that he was a driver 8 years ago and couldn’t speak English. But working with tour guides inspired him to study and get a tour guide license himself as well. And I am amazed how fluent his English is and what a great guide he has become. I am truly grateful that he is our guide today.

Wonderful tour! Our guide was super nice and had a lot of knowledge, carefully answering our questions. The temples were very different, but an amazing experience both of them. The hidden temple was the most beautiful temple i ever saw. The lunch at the orchide farm was really good. The sticky waterfall was so much fun, we climbed up three times. I really recommend this tour!

The tour started of with me and my partner being picked up by Austin. We got to see some amazing views when visting Doi Suthep and Pha Lat. Austin gave us interesting facts about the temple and answered our questions about Chiang mai. After that we headed of towards the north of Chiang Mai for the orchid farm and sticky waterfall. Austin adapted the schedule after our needs which was highly appreciated. The orchid garden was nice but the sticky waterfall was what made the trip for me. Austin even joined us in the waterfall and guided us through and showed us great photo locations. Great day with an awesome guide.

If you’re looking for a day tour in Chiang Mai, I highly recommend booking this private tour. Austin was amazing. His knowledge of the temples and the history of the Buddhist culture was very informative and educational. I visited two temples, had lunch at a beautiful orchid/butterfly garden then was whisked away to a breathtaking waterfall.

Since we had booked the activity in the middle of the rainy season, the tour group consisted of my girlfriend and me. All our questions were answered and we were able to intensively look at the sights. The highlight was lunch at a local restaurant, where usually no tourists go to eat. Highly recommended.
