This tour was packed with fun with some good food and good coffee. May was very profesional, funny, and very energetic. She was very hospitable and always cared if I was enjoying my time which I did greatly. Eddy, the driver, was professional and polite. What an amazing day! We got to see a waterfall + rainbow, go on a hike with a local through the mountains to see fields of rice, drink local coffee, eat a delicious lunch at a mountain village and then see temples. Yut provided a comfortable car and excellent guidance. 10/10!

M was a fantastic guide and driver for our all day adventure. He was very informative and attentive! The waterfall and the twin pagodas were stunning. We went to lunch at a local roadside kitchen and M suggested our meal which was fantastic. Even though we had a sudden downpour, the trek along the river with Ari was one of the best experiences so far. If you want to an immersive active tour, make sure you ask for M!

A lovely day at the top of Thailand. Our guide Poon was knowledgeable and friendly, chatting freely about cultural and natural sights as well as more personal topics like recent changes in the Thai royal family, or the lives of Karen peoples (hill tribes) in modern Thailand. The short, beautiful trek past several dramatic waterfalls was the highlight of the day, and Poon was proactive in taking our photos and slo-motion videos at every stop. The summit of Doi Inthanon (highest point in Thailand) is not so impressive since it's amid a thick jungle. But culturally significant. The twin pagodas dedicated to King Rama IX and his wife are a better lookout point, although visibility in September can be poor.

Wonderful private tour! My guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire day easy and enjoyable. He explained each stop really well, gave me plenty of time to explore, and was a great driver throughout the day.

We booked the tour about a month in advance. We requested a 7AM start as many recommendations suggested this. The owner was very responsive and proactive as the date came up. She let us know what to expect and what we should bring. Tong came promptly at 7AM and we departed. He provided a lot of historical information about Chiang Mai and Doi Inthanon. The drive was about 90 minutes, that's with a quick pit stop. The waterfall, the hike, and the pagodas were great experiences. The hike was led by a Karen tribe member, and that person rotates, you can't make a specific request. Our guide had very sharp eyes for pointing out wildlife. She took pictures for us, and gave us some history about the tribe. We ate lunch in the village, then proceeded to the pagodas and then the summit. We took the 90 min drive back and got to the hotel around 3-4PM. I do recommend the 7AM start time as well (if they can accommodate on that day). We saw big lines for the Karen guided tour as we passed by. Take mosquito spray! Ask for Tong (if he's available). He knows everyone on the tour.

What an incredible tour! The national park was absolutely beautiful, with spectacular scenery including lush rice fields, coffee plants, and impressive waterfalls. Throughout the tour, he shared many interesting facts about the area, Thai culture, and local life. Unfortunately, due to the weather, it wasn’t possible to complete the original itinerary. However, Tong handled the situation perfectly. He was very flexible, suggested great alternatives, and made sure we still had an enjoyable and memorable day. The car was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. We also felt completely safe throughout the trip. Tong is an excellent driver who adapted his driving perfectly to the challenging weather conditions. We highly recommend Tong to anyone visiting the area. Excellent day spent with our Tour Guide Tong and “Mr Magic”. We had a fun filled day, packed with some many interesting visits which was helped by a very comfortable ride. Tong has a great sense of humour (tingling is his preferred language) and made the day so much fun. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about sharing the historical and cultural aspects of the Thai people. Nothing was too hard for him, he was attentive to all our needs. We also enjoyed a beautiful lunch in the local village before our amazing trek. Mr Magic was true to his name! He knew the forest well and played many tricks! Not only did the tour include the perfect balance of nature and Thai culture, it was tailored to our needs exactly. I loved this private tour experience with Patid (Tong). He was very knowledgeable, funny, and charismatic. And he took so many photos of us! My friend and I loved checking out waterfalls, seeing the two great pagodas, going on a trek, and visiting a local village on the National Park. I’ve never done a private tour like this before so I was nervous, but I would 100% book this again with Tong.

Tong gave us great insight on the history of each site we visited, and we were treated with lots of care throughout the whole trip. What an amazing day!! Would definitely recommend this tour. The hike was all downhill and pretty easy. We saw multiple waterfalls and had plenty of time to explore and take pictures. Amazing! Waterfall was beautiful, hike was very nice (got to see a green viper), and the local village coffee and food were mind blowing (best meal I’ve had on my trip). Visit to the temple and peak were also very beautiful, and throughout all of it, Mr. Yut was amazing. He told us so much about history, culture, and religion in Thailand, was a very deep experience. Would recommend to anyone!
