I booked a transfer to the airport to guarantee getting to the airport on time, as taxis in Old City Chiang Mai can be difficult. My initial booking did not allow me to request a pickup time, only the date. I didn’t receive any communication, other than being told I would receive a text the morning of my transfer. This caused me a lot of stress because I still didn’t have a time. I didn’t have cellular service so I ended up having my tour guide on an excursion call the office on her phone to finalize the details. My driver was 10 minutes late, which isn’t a lot but I had no way to contact him to see if he was still coming. All in all everything worked out and I got to the airport in plenty of time.

A WhatsApp message directed us to the pick-up point. We messaged the driver to say we had arrived (late due to a delayed flight). Two minutes later he was there. Easy. Just what you need.

Know your pickup point in advance Airports often have specific zones for rideshare vs taxis. If you don’t check ahead, you might end up walking in circles.

The workers were very nice, respectful and made my experience that much better. They were always on time and even in the traffic they could always get to the destination swiftly. When at the airport they could spot you through a crowd, and even one time they found me. Their communication was on point and they always let you know when and where they would pick you up and drop you off. I would recommend and go through them again wether it's a big group or just you.

Communication via WhatsApp made things easy and efficient. They immediately messaged me when my flight landed and we met with driver at curb quickly after luggage was collected. It turned out that we needed a driver for a day to take us to an elephant sanctuary during the trip, so we contacted the company and arranged a car and driver for a reasonable price. Again, driver was friendly and on time. Same for return trip to airport. Great all around.

Good communication via Whatsapp. They arrived on time and helped pack my suitcase in the back of the car. They didn't speak much English but were polite and we could get by with gestures for anything else.

The operator was not very supported in communicating. Sent us a driver who is not familiar with the city and even though he has the GPS map and address, we had to go down physically and asked many other people on the street. We spent almost an hour driving around and at the end, we found a tut tut driver who drove in front of us looking for the place. It is the worst experience that we have come across.

The tour operator just sent someone without finding out first whether he knows the drop off point. Spent almost an hr. looking for the place.

We had an excellent experience. We had communication with company from the moment we signed up for the transport to our hotel. When our plane landed we had a message that they were there and where to meet. Our driver was friendly and informative in a comfortable vehicle. Thank you!

We got from point A to B, however we were asked to pay $1000baht cash to the driver as they said the night before our pickup that our hotel was “outside the hotel zone” This request being so last minute seemed unprofessional, as we booked this service a few weeks ahead of time. There was ample time to let us know if the distance issue. When we checked grab rates from our hotel back to the main city center they were well under the $1k PLUS THE FEE WE ALREADY PAID

The company sent several emails before the trip. Driver arrived on time. Took a fast route to the Airport and dropped us off in the proper place.

My transfer was cancelled whilst I was in the air. Turned on my phone to find that I had a refund coming. A mistake apparently, but less than ideal for a night transfer.

There was no airport pick up fort me. When telephoned was told to take a taxi. I replied that I had prepaid for this service. Was told that the driver could not find me, then person repeated to take a cab! Refund??

I had to send a Whatsapp message when my plane landed (which I did) and still needed to wait 15 minutes for the car to come after luggage was collected (which wasn't super quick). All in all, not bad though and all generally went as planned. It was cheap enough though, so it was still worth it.

Ride was on time, friendly, great communication via Whatsapp. Price was fair. The TripAdvisor booking app needs some work however. If you book one-way from airport to hotel like i did, it requires your return flight info (required fields in order to finalize your booking). Booking then reflected pick-up location from the hotel. jeez. No way to modify the pick up location after booked that i could tell. Worked it out with the driver via whatsapp.

I booked a ride to the airport a few minutes before the office closed. The confirmation I received did not have the pickup time I listed in the notes. Thought I was going to have to catch a taxi but he driver was in the lobby waiting.
