Chiang Mai Adventure Atv Secret Waterfall And Bamboo Rafting

It was really good fun. ATVs, Swimming in the river and then bamboo rafting was good fun!

I've never been ATVing or bamboo rafting before. The guides were excellent. I turned out not to be such a good driver. The guide was patient with me and eventually took over driving so I'd feel safe. The rafting was awesome. Just when you thought it couldn't get better, it did. Lunch was warm and very tasty. I definitely recommend this trip.

Unreal time , I would recommend doing both activities on the same day for a great time.

Very disappointing experience. We booked a private ATV tour, but unfortunately, it was poorly organized from start to finish. We had three ATVs, and two of them broke down during the tour, which caused delays and disrupted the experience. The drive to the location took two hours because the driver made four separate stops along the way—to fill up with gas, collect paperwork from the office, pick up the guide, and collect our lunch. All of this should have been arranged before picking us up. The lunch we were given had been prepared three hours earlier, which was disappointing. On top of that, our time at the waterfall was limited to just 30 minutes, even though we wanted to stay longer. Considering that we booked a private tour, we expected much more flexibility. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional, poorly planned, and definitely not worth what we paid. Very disappointing, especially for a private tour.

We had the best day doing the ATV/waterfall/bamboo rafting experience today. Our guides Pai and Nam (sorry about spelling!) Were lovely. Very informative, accomadating and clear to understand all safety instructions. We were picked up promptly from our hotel and dropped back off in the time frame listed. The lunch provided was delicious and we had a great day all round. Thanks!

Great day and loads of fun with experienced guides

Went with family. Bamboo Rafting was cancelled due to strong current and high water level as mountain had been raining many days. Organiser replaced with longer ride experience with ATV. Love the riding trail. Past many scenic views. Guide was fantastic. Very cheerful lady guide. Can't remember her name. Helmet was provided with hair protector cover. Helmet had a smell. Perhaps can be better maintained. Meal and snack were mediocre. Overall, it was a marvellous experience. Will come back again. Will have to remember to bring a head scarf next time. PS - The experience at secret waterfall was exhilarating!

Great Day! Timely hotel pickup in a spacious van w/AC. ATV trail was a blast with some great views overlooking a valley. We even saw elephants along the trail. Waterfall was a quiet spot to sit and get your feet wet. Bamboo raft was awesome for cooling off and seeing more elephants as we floated down the river. A couple of elephants were in the water and close. Highly recommend!!!

Omg this was the best thing ever. The ATV were a blast. The guides are very skilled at riding the ATV so it’s so much better than your average ATV tour. They were so friendly and funny we had smiles on our faces just about the whole time. I definitely recommend !

ATV tour was great, broke into two groups of fast and slow riders to allow fun for everyone. The water rafting was a great experience, slow drift down the river with some small rapids, nothing to worry about. The staff were fun and spoke great English.

Great adventure in Chiang Mai

An amazing and well-organised trip from start to finish. The ATV ride was very adventurous. Be prepared to get muddy! Pai and her team took good care if us. Would definitely recommend this trip for older teenagers.

A very positive experience. The staff are friendly and all the activities were enjoyable. The ATV ride takes you up so you have a beautiful view of the jungle and meet some friendly locals. The bamboo rafting was peaceful with a couple of fast sections which were fun. The swim at the waterfall was refreshing! 🙏😁

The ATV Tour was really exciting and the water slide was very nice as well. Really enjoyed pur trip!

This is a great tour. Bring your bag with you for a change of clothes on the ATV tour. We made two scenic stops during the ATV part and then a stop at the waterfalls (still doing ATV). live the ATV. Maybe also bring a neck gaitor to cover part of your face. The bamboo part of the tour was good too..maybe not as much.

Excellent experience!! Pie was so nice with her team Kevin and the bamboo raft worked very hard to keep us safe… the driver Lang was very professional and great driver. The views are extraordinary!! 10 out of 5!! :)

Amazing experience from start to finish! We did the ATV ride through the countryside and the bamboo rafting, and both activities were fantastic. Our guide, Pai, was absolutely amazing—so funny, friendly, and full of energy. She made the whole day even more enjoyable and took great care of us. All the staff were professional and welcoming. We had the best time and would definitely book with this company again. 100% recommended!

Best experience we had absolutely loved it, ATV was so much fun and drove past elephants and see wonderful jungle views. Then to finish off we went bamboo rafting and felt safe the whole time, highly recommend 👍👍👍

The excellent lunch provided right away on arrival. However, had to wait an hr after done with lunch for another group of people to arrive to begin the tour. There was a guide at the beginning and behind the group, so when our ATV had problems, someone was there to supervise. Multiple group members’ ATVs kept stalling, and one needed jump starting several times because of a bad battery. Our ATV stalled so much that we could not complete the ATV portion of the day. We were left with a guide who spoke no English, trying to figure out how we would rejoin the rest of the group who had gone ahead, not seeing that we were left behind. We eventually had to turn around and roll down the mountain on the ATV which wouldn’t stay on, but at least had brakes. Scary for people who had not had prior ATV experience. going downhill, we were lead to the “waterfall” which is actually quite small. We had a nice time alone waiting for the rest of the group to join us where the guide who didn’t speak English served us tea. We swam for a bit and enjoyed scenery. Then realized the guide had disappeared. Sun was starting to set, mosquitos coming out. No group or guide and in the remote mountains alone. Luckily had cell service and called trip advisor operator for help. The rest of the tour group eventually joined us. They were late too cuz of other ATVs having problems. We assumed the rafting portion would be cancelled cuz we were so behind schedule. We were given a different ATV to finish going down the mountain, but someone backed into us, which cut the battery. So then we realized we were given the one which needed the jump start. Got it jumped, got down the mountain, and then learned they were still taking us rafting. In the dark. Which was kinda fun, but hard to take pictures and a bit colder than expected. Finished rafting, got back to the transport vehicles. They gave us towels and time to change. By this time it was 1930 and we had a 1.5hr drive back to Chiang Mai. We were supposed to return around 1800 and we didn’t return until 2100. Everyone was starving hungry. At the time we were alone, we were nervous they forgot about us. All our belongings were in their transport vehicle as they had instructed. We were scared they would return the other group members home without us in the van and take our stuff by accident. They did conclude the tour. The trip advisor operative was very helpful. Lunch was great. Transport to/from hotel was good. The tour operator offered us a partial refund without us having to ask, and they refunded 70% to us. However, after the long day, we missed their communication via WhatsApp about meeting us at the hotel to give us cash refund. They couldn’t do it by credit to our original payment. Then we had to be at the airport early the next day. They offered to bring cash to the airport but we were already past security. They then arranged for someone to meet us in Phuket to give us cash in person, which was successful.

Unfortunately we can't remember the name of our guide but she was very professional and friendly. The driver was also lovely. We had a lovely day and the atv was so much fun once you got the hang of it. Would definitely recommend

Am was our tour guide and she was lovely. She made sure we knew what was going on and had perfect timekeeping , very friendly and happy. I’d recommend the tour to anyone as it’s a once in a lifetime experience.

Wow, an amazing day out, from pick up at our hotel, bamboo rafting, swimming in the secret water fall, lunch was Pad thai fresh water melon and pineapple, snacks and soft drinks, towel provided, changing rooms on way home, until we was dropped back at our hotel. The staff driver and guide were engaging funny and informative. I would highly recommend this company and day out. I would say the water fall is a little challenging to walk to but the guide made sure everyone was safe.

Staff were amazing, they went out of their way to accommodate me and my wife with the hotel pickup even though we weren’t in the designated zone. They were super nice and friendly and everything was very thorough. There wasn’t a single thing that was unclear

Am and Poppy gave us an amazing adventure experience! ATV ride ended with a waterfall dip so it was really fun. We booked the day before and were still accommodated. Totally worth recommending!

M was amazing we had such a good day! She was so lovely and made sure we were comfortable the whole day. We go to do 40 minutes of bamboo rafting then we were taking to a secret waterfall for lunch, which was lovely and we were then given loads of time to swim in the waterfall. We had a great experience on this trip a lot of fun on the ATV a lovely stop at the waterfall and the rafting was very relaxing and nice to indulge in the local culture and see elephants in the river

We had a great time cruising around the trails on the ATVs before taking a swim at the waterfall followed by some free riding time around a sandy area. We capped it off with a relaxing bamboo float where we saw some elephants before having lunch. The guides Em and Chai were very helpful and a delight to chat with! Everything ran on time and was very smooth, definitely recommend this little half day adventure if you’re stopping. Chiang Mai

Great experience! Fun quad biking through wet and dry. Waterfall visit and this one actually had lots of water!!! Then then rafting down the river. Prepare to get wet! Do take dry stuff to change into! Pad Thai very good. Some slightly difficult walking terrain but otherwise excellent day out. Great staff and very friendly. We saw 8 elephants during the trip

Fantastic day out. We had already done an ATV experience on Koh Samui which we thought was exceptional but this one surpassed it! Amazing views from the hills after negotiating some amazing terrain to get there. Then cooled off at the waterfall and on the raft. Great lunch. Guides were brilliant. Highly recommended

Fun activity, guides were excellently coordinated! Fun from beginning to end😊 the views when we were riding ATV were gorgeous. It is a somewhat challenging ride but we enjoyed every second. The bamboo raft was fun; scenery was beautiful- guide did all the work . The one downside was step going from river to restaurant were high steps and could be difficult if you have disability. Staff were very helpful and assisted when needed

We waited 90 minutes for the pickup that never arrived. When we decided to cancel, the staff told us it was fine and that we would receive a full refund. Then, a few hours later, they suddenly changed their story and said they won’t refund us. This is a serious scam and completely unprofessional. If they can’t provide the service, they should refund immediately — not make false promises and then refuse. Do not book with this company.

It was a really enjoyable day out. Quad biking through the hills to the secret waterfall was great fun. We saw elephants whilst on the quad bikes, too. Bamboo rafting was also great fun, I would definitely take a change of clothes & shoes, you don't mind getting wet. Pai & bob were great tour guides, they even provided lunch. I would highly recommend this great day out.

Me and my boyfriend absolutely loved this activity it has been the highlight of our trip so far! Poppy our driver was super friendly and helpful and Pai our guide was so funny we loved her! The whole team were brilliant. The ATVs were so much fun and the stop at the waterfall was beautiful, we were even lucky enough to see elephants on the way back! The bamboo rafting was also a lot of fun! Some amazing scenery and all round good vibes
