My husband and I were more than pleased with our stay! The manager is so kind and made us feel right at home. The location is prime - we were within walking distance to all street markets, restaurants, bars,
massages, you name it. The AC is perfect. I love how the interior decoration feels authentic and not kitschy.
The one thing I would say is that the bathroom shower grout could use an upgrade. Other than that, everything felt sparkling clean!
When we did not request room cleaning one day, we came back from our outing and there was a table outside our room with fresh towels. I’ve never experienced that level of service before.
We would 10000% come back!
What a magnificent hotel in the Lana style, perfectly located in the old town and within walking distance of Tapai Gate. The staff were excellent from the housekeepers to the kitchen staff who looked after breakfast. A special call out to the reception staff particularly the beautiful little lady in reception. She delivered exceptional customer service and genuinely cared for her guests. I’ll be back.
It's a beautiful boutique hotel nestled in a lane inside the Old City square of Chiang Mai.
The hotel architecture is like an old Lana Heritage with beautiful furniture, stairs, rooms, bathroom and a balcony.
Please note that they do not any room service.
There's a decent breakfast prepared by 2 ladies but there are no indian dishes.
But you do get bread, butter, jam, croissant, corn flakes etc.
Rest are a couple of tasty Thai dishes.
There's a small but pretty swimming pool as well.
Overall, a nice experience!
I stayed here two weeks ago There was no parking available, and the swimming pool was extremely dirty the room was full of dust in every corner, and there were cockroaches it was absolutely disgusting.
When I went down for breakfast, I found a strand of hair in my food Is this really the hotel I paid too much to stay at? It was extremely disappointing.
The female receptionist, a large woman, could not communicate properly in English and did not seem able to use English at all I don’t understand why someone like that is hired to work at the reception
I will never come back to this hotel again.
We really enjoyed our stay at Sirilanna. The location is perfect. You can quickly reach the city on foot. The staff are incredibly kind and friendly, and communication was very easy. The hotel room had a typical Thai interior design, which we absolutely loved. We highly recommend Sirilanna
