We loved this hotel! The staff was amazing, the rooms were spacious amd clean with all the modern conviences. The breakfast buffet was good with cook to order eggs and very helpful staff. The pool was great, although it could use some umbrellas for shade The Nimman area comes to life at night! We truly enjoyed our stay.
Nice and clean room with all the amenities you need!! The room divided into parts where you can store all your stuff. The bed is amazing! Not too soft not too hard, very good for your back. The curtain blocks all the lights for you, very good for a good night's sleep. The service was great, and the location was amazing. This place is very close to the 7-Eleven, coffee shop, a lot of restaurants in walking distance so you don't need a car. Definitely will be by if I come back here in Chiang Mai ❤️
The room itself and the bathroom were spacious, modern, clean and reasonably comfortable. Unfortunately, that is where the positive aspects end. I specifically requested a quiet room away from the elevators when making the reservation. This request was completely ignored, and when I raised the issue with the staff, no alternative or improvement was offered. The biggest disappointment was the noise level throughout the hotel. The walls and doors are extremely thin and poorly insulated. You can hear almost everything happening in the hallways and neighboring rooms. To make matters worse, the housekeeping staff started their work very loudly in the corridor in front of my room at around 7:30 AM, talking loudly and waking me up unnecessarily. The beds and especially the pillows were also very uncomfortable for me. I woke up with headaches and neck pain after sleeping there. The air conditioning is another major issue. Due to the size of the room, it is far too powerful and blows directly onto the bed. Regardless of the settings, it was difficult to make the room comfortable without sleeping under a blanket over my head. I genuinely do not understand why anyone would install an air conditioning unit directly above the bed. The gym and pool facilities are also extremely underwhelming. The fitness room consists of little more than a basic weight station and a handful of cardio machines, most of which were not functioning during my stay. There was not even drinking water available. Overall, I would strongly discourage anyone who values a quiet night’s sleep from staying here. Likewise, I would not recommend this hotel to guests who are choosing it because of the pool or fitness facilities, as both are far below expectations. Rating: 2/5 The room itself deserves credit, but the overall experience was disappointing and I would not stay here again.
Lovely staying at Nimman, very convenient, clean and nice location. I stayed for 11 days, staff was polite and nice. Loads of nice eating joints, massages & spas just around and 7 eleven for convenience just near door. Highly recommended. They also arrange tours from the hotel.
The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. The location is also very convenient, as it is close to malls and other establishments and everything is within walking distance, which made our stay even better. The only downside was the WiFi, which was quite slow. As digital nomads, we rely heavily on a stable internet connection for work. Fortunately, our mobile data was fast, so we were still able to manage and get our work done. Overall, it was still a good stay, especially because of the room quality and great location.
