Nine Hotel Chiangmai

We stayed 10 nights at Nine Hotel and can't recommend it enough. The location in the Old City is perfect, walkable to temples, great food and the Sunday Walking Street right outside the door. But the people are what made it special. When my partner was unexpectedly hospitalized during our trip, the team treated us like family. Rava, our main contact, helped us with everything, including extra nights at a kind discount, and Jay, Pun and Plurn were always there with help, directions and a smile. And to our wonderful server who looked after us every day: we're so sorry we didn't catch your name, but thank you for making every day a little brighter. Clean, comfortable, caring and in a great spot. Thank you, Nine Hotel. We'll be back!

Amazing hotel. Room was very nice and very clean. Modern and up to date. Staff was beyond friendly and helpful! From checkin to random questions. Everyone was great! Breakfast was good. Breakfast changed every day, and was served at the roof top terrace. Thanks for a great stay in Chiang Mai!

We had a truly wonderful stay. There's absolutely nothing to complain about. The rooms were clean and spacious. The beds were equally large and very comfortable. The breakfast with fresh vegetables from their own farm was wonderful. The hotel's location is perfect. But most importantly: it's hard to put into words how warmly we were welcomed. We felt more than welcome, like we were right at home. I'd especially like to highlight Rada, who truly fulfilled our every wish. When she somehow 😬 found out that we seemed to like beer, she offered to order some craft beers for us from her wholesaler. 😍 We will definitely be back. Thank you for everything!!!

Absolutely perfect from start to finish. We we're greated by the most kind lady, who showed my boyfriend all the way around town and even drew a map for him. We even got a upgrade to a bigger room and it was huge compared to what we booked, even had a bath. The hotel had a nice swimmingpool, which was also clean and had a relaxing vibe and a rooftop, which was cozy for if you needed some quiet alone time. The rooms we're very clean and everyday it was cleaned as well; they even folded our clothes. The hotel also had a washing service, very convenient. They would bring our laundry upstairs. Location wise the hotel was also great, we we're able to walk to alot of places, like the night market for example. And it was also close to an apothecary, which was nice because I had some health problems. At the end of our stay I met one of the owners, Jen. We had a lovely conversation on the rooftop and later on she even gave us a note on about where to go on our next step. Overal it was our greatest stay in Thailand so far! 5/5 would recommend!
