My partner and I have had a wonderful stay here at Merchant Hill.
The location is so quiet and peaceful as it’s up a no-through road, and not under the flight path, but still only 5 minutes drive from shops, restaurants, etc.
The room was is large, clean and comfortable and the housekeeping done daily working around whenever we happened to go out.
The staff are also really lovely and considerate.
Would highly recommend if you want somewhere away from the business of Old Town.

Do your research before staying here. Your own transport is recommended, it’s only ten mins drive from better areas but it’s tucked away in a dead-end road and surround by several abandoned and dilapidated buildings that appear to have homeless people camping in them. This area gave us the creeps!
I have to say the rooms were amazing - huge and very clean, staff were lovely and breakfast was fine, but the area just made it feel like a haunted house.
What a lovley Hotel with beautiful interior and very kind and professional staff. All wishes were fullfild without hesitation.

Great room, my family stayed for three nights, my mother loved it, it has beautiful view and delicious breakfast, the owner is very nice, just contact her if you have any questions. 10/10
We’re thrilled! This is amazing hotel with perfect location. It’s in a quiet, beautiful place surrounded by nature and fresh air. Still, it’s easy to get a taxi Grab/ Bolt – it arrives in 2-4 minutes, so our car stayed parked all the time.
Staff is incredibly kind and attentive❤️ We asked, if she could make rice porridge for us every morning, and she did. It was really perfect porridge, like in Russia! We even extended our stay +1 week, because we’re enjoying it so much here.
Highly recommend! It’s a perfect peaceful place!Also very comfortable that our apart had 2 room ( bedroom and living room).
