Its a scam beware !!!! Booked via agoda when got there at late night hour a guy told me i can only enter the buildimg calling him !! Made my girlfriend feel very uncomftorble , we stayed there cause we had no choice and ran away the next morning , DO NOT BOOK!!
WARNING! Do not book this hotel. Locals Prio Chiang Mai Central Airport Plaza (4 stars) My wife and I stayed in a Deluxe Suite, 1 Bedroom, Bathtub, with City View, from January 6 to January 11, 2025. At a price of 6,235.85 THB (1,247.17 THB/Night) We were assigned room 6035 on the 6th floor. The room has a very limited city view. In a kitchen cupboard we found a plate of old dried-up fast food. The room supplies were very limited with very small amounts of sugar, coffee, tea, shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom, so, we had to buy what we needed at a supermarket. In the bathroom we were given 2 large and very worn towels each day, but no small towels. And there were no tea towels in the kitchen. In the living room there are quite a few reddish stains on the wall that look like food splatters. There is also a hole in the wall. In the bathroom there is a lot of black molds, the silver coating on the mirror is corroded and the towel rack is broken. Room 6035 definitely does not look like a 4-star Deluxe Suite. The hotel is very worn and lacks maintenance. Better cleaning is not enough. This indicates indifference from the management. If I had to be very kind, I would give the hotel 2 stars.
Altogether and for the price this was a great budget place to stay. Yes everything is a little older, the building, the room and so forth. But honestly I cannot agree that it was not clean or dealt with care. Cleaning was provided everyday and it was thorough. The gym is nice, has everything you need. Gym is cold, so maybe not the chill hangout kind but perfect after a workout. All in all it’s a great budget friendly option super close to the airport. 10-15 min with the car into the main area and about 30 min walk.
Extremely disappointed with this residence. By far the worst accommodation I have ever had. The room was terrible. There was mould in the bathroom, dirt on the kitchen counter and behind the microwave, stains on the walls and couch, ants in the room, unfinished hallways, and lack of hot water. We checked-in late at night and issues were emailed to staff in the morning, and received no reply. If you are looking for hotel style accommodations this is not the place for you. Bed was made but sheets remained unchanged (I spilled coffee on my bed sheet, and the stain remained for the duration of our stay). The only benefit is the close proximity to the airport, but the pros do not outweigh the cons. Will not be booking a stay here ever again.
Stayed here for about 2 months and we loved it. It’s a pretty great location as there is a mall and gym within walking distance, and the old city is only a short 5-7 minute drive. The building has a beautiful modern design throughout and is gated with security. The pool is mesmerizing and kept pretty clean, the gym was kind of small with not much useful equipment besides dumbbells and treadmills, but much better than the typical “hotel gym”, although there is a larger full size gym only a 5 minute walk away. The gym would close at 11 and the pool at 9. Rooms were fairly priced and comfortable, just a bit rundown, but only ever so slightly. The modern clean look was present, but if you looked closer there were a lot of marks and broken things. The room was always ridiculously dusty, and we didn’t find the service to be very welcoming. It was more about the business / money than really accommodating. Unfortunately this place is only bookable online or for longer periods you can discuss with them but they only accept cash or Thai bank transfer / QR code payment. As a traveling foreigner I had neither and pulling out as much cash as they asked for from the atm was tedious and expensive. Overall we quite enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to Others!
