Rooms are nice but on the small side and a bit worn. Very important note is the 5am trash collection on the mountain view side. The hotel collects trash on the ground floor at 5am every day and basically throws glass bottles against each other to make the most possible noise for 20 minutes. If you are a light sleeper, stay away! Also, if you prefer a very cold room, stay away! The hotel sets a lower temp limit at 21°C for your room.
On the other hand, if you are a heavy sleeper, then you will enjoy this hotel, because they have fantastic breakfast and very courteous service. Like I said, the rooms have a bit of wear and tear, but they fixed our broken bathroom fan very quickly. They also set up honeymoon arrangements for us that were very cute!
I recently stayed in Chiang Mai for 5 days, 4 nights. Two of which I chose the Eastin Tan. From upon arrival to checkout the staff couldn’t be more lovely or attentive. Even leaving my luggage while running around before checkin time at 14:00, my bags were delivered to my room once it was ready. That’s a nice perk to come back to after sweating in the mountains.
The restaurant was never busy when I visited, however, their Steak meal was very delicious & reasonably priced.
The only con I have is that there is no bedsheets available & with the hot comforter on the bed I slept hot. I had the AC down to 21°C but there isn’t a fan so it just never cooled me down at rest. Unlike at the U Nimman Chiang Mai which does have bedsheets.
Overall experience is great! Good location, all of staffs are friendly and helpful. They integrate application to contact with front-desk and any department for more comfortable during your stay. The room is very clean. Recommend to book a room with Doi Suthep view which super cozy and good vibe. Really recommended and sure to repeat.
Very Nice hotel with high C/P rate. best location just next to MAYA easy for shopping and dining. Great service from front desk employee NeNe, JeeJee, & Bomb which also very friendly. Our room have been upgrade to suit, very clean and comfortable.
Rooms are beautiful and spacious. The breakfast is good and a lot variety even for vegetarians.
We had some problem with noise on city view side as there was a football match that night, next day they upgraded to much greater room with mountain view and on the other side of the hotel. It is amazing room super spacious with 2 bedrooms and superb mountain view.
More than the room I love their hospitality so even in future there is a sound problem I would still be happy to stay here.
