Rookery Hall Hotel

Absolutely gorgeous. I always use Handpicked Hotels now and every time we try a new one, this time a trip to Manchester, we are just so impressed. The young lady on reception who showed us to our room went above and beyond, she obviously enjoys working there. The lady on the spa bar was a gem too. The staff all seem so happy. Looking forward to our next visit.

I can’t really comment on the hotel, but I can tell you the spa was lovely. Keren is excellent. Warm, friendly and completely easy to be around, and her pressure is spot on: firm where it needs to be, never uncomfortable. I left feeling properly looked after. Highly recommend.

**This is for the Spa only** We had the most amazing experience here. We did the full day deal where you get morning tea and breakfast, use all the facilities for a couple hours, massage/facial, and then a really good lunch to finish off a lovely day. I was extremely impressed with Olivia and her expertise. She was very kind and very knowledgeable of her job. To be honest everyone was happy with their masseuses. The food is absolutely wonderful as well.

Rookery Hall was the first wedding venue we viewed, and we knew instantly it was where we wanted to get married. It was everything we had hoped for and more. From the very beginning, the events team were outstanding. Emma looked after us initially before handing over to Lauren, and the whole process was completely seamless. We always felt so well supported and never like anything was too much trouble, even with our random questions and lengthy emails along the way. The communication, organisation and attention to detail throughout the planning process gave us so much confidence, and it meant we could truly enjoy the build-up knowing everything was in safe hands. Most importantly, the wedding day itself was absolutely sensational. Everything ran so smoothly, the finer details were perfect, and the whole day felt effortless from start to finish. The team worked so hard behind the scenes to make sure everything came together exactly as we had imagined. We honestly could not have asked for a better venue or team. Rookery Hall gave us the most beautiful, special and memorable wedding day, and we will always be grateful. We would recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a stunning venue with an exceptional events team.
