New Bath Hotel & Spa, A Member Of Radisson Individuals

I need to write this review to warn others. 1 star for the friendly staff I encountered, that’s it. I attach pictures of the corners of my room. This was how I found it on check in. I had to ask the staff to dust it and I returned to the same mess! The pictures include an oily residue on a pillow and someone else’s hair. The hotel feels forgotten and tired. They did not allow me room service so I was forced into a restaurant sitting on the first night. My corner of the room smelt like drains. And the quality of the food was poor, seemed like a major cost cutting operation. On check out there was no night porter, just a note with a number. I called it and no one picked up. Poor service, avoid.

Only booked on to use the lido so cannot comment on the hotel itself. We had a wonderful day! We understand and were happy wear the swim caps to keep the fresh spring water clean. The water was so refreshing on one of the hottest days. Staff were extremely friendly and ensured everybody adhered to the rules of the pool. The pool was busy but not too busy, still able to swim seamlessly and find a space on the grass. We loved that we were able to buy drinks and food from the bar to have around the lido. I also think it’s great that picnics are allowed. We have a gorgeous day out and cannot wait to visit again.

Lovely hotel,great location. Our stay was bed and breakfast ,nice room ,fab breakfast in the mornings, food fresh ,good selection. Staff were all lovely and friendly. Definitely recommend it 🥰

Stayed from Monday 29th until Friday with husband and our room was nasty. Service was really good from Amanda and Shan who both were working in the bar restaurant area the day we arrived. lovely and chatty. Don’t bother with the food in the restaurant it’s all frozen rubbish. Not worth the 1.5 hour drive
