Mour Hotel

I have stayed here a few times on business out of necessity and I have always been disappointed. The staff do their best but the food is overpriced and very poor. The hotel is very tired looking. You can tell that the owners milk every penny out the business travellers and maximise their profit by serving poor quality food.

Abaid gave excellent customer service throughout my visit. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was spot on. You wouldn’t guess he was an apprentice. A real credit to the Mour Hotel team—keep up the great work!

I'm here right now, stopping over before a training course tomorrow. Great location for my course and really nice hotel. At first I didn't think the room had a kettle but it's hidden in a compartment in the wall behind the bed. I will defo us this place again the next time I'm up here.

Staff overall come across quite unfriendly and unwelcoming especially the receptionist. Rooms are smart but not cleaned to a good standard, mugs, spoon and glasses in the room were very dirty as well as the room and bed being overally dusty. No plug sockets near the bed and the television was super small. Carpets and the bathroom were very worn and outdated. A member of staff came to our room at 10pm with a noise complaint , when we was just watching the television and laughing, neither of which was being done to loudly . But all you can hear all morning and night is people's doors slamming shut. Won't be returning spent the remainder of the night on edge and checked out early.
