The garden spa and outdoor pool are included in all packages from check-in until the spa closes. Set around a 17th-century converted farmhouse, modernized rooms at the Manor House Hotel feature a large-screen Freeview TV and an private bathroom with a hairdryer. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. Stables restaurant is located in a 17th-century farmhouse building. It has original features, including oak beams and stone fireplaces, a bar stocked full of fine wines and real ales, and a range of seasonal menus featuring locally sourced ingredients. If I was just rating the spa this would be 5/5, the spa is absolutely beautiful I have honestly not been to a nicer one. The choice in pools, saunas etc will keep you busy all day and there are so many places to sit and I would revisit the spa over and over.
Unfortunately, our room was very below a standard I would expect. We did work this out with the manager who was lovely and why I’ve kept the 3 stars - it is worth noting they are refurbishing the whole hotel.
I think the spa is worth the money but not the hotel as we had it, it was also very expensive.
Be careful as we were over charged on nightly rate. The manger Ashley told us there is no set price. I do understand season or bank holidays but not from one day to the next.
The spa amazing but food was not of a high standard.
The manger was not really interested in our complaint on departure as she had alot on with checking in she told us.
Really check your invoice.
It was for my 60th ended up getting no meal at night as what I was served was a rubber end of monk fish and told there was no more.
They offered us drinks and side order of potatoes and then the manger thought that mad up for no meal.
The restaurant manager was not available due to her busy in the kitchen.
Shame really as if you take a mangers role it does come with extra responsibilitys.
Had a brilliant stay for my sister's 30th birthday and she loved it.
The facilities were brilliant - clean, spacious, and loads of options of different saunas/steam rooms/pools/beds etc so that you never felt like you were competing with other guests to use them. Particularly loved the pool bars and the cocktail menu on offer!
The rooms were also really spacious, clean and comfortable with lovely touches like sprays to help you sleep, extra robes and slippers on top of the ones you get for the spa, a coffee machine etc.
Dinner was delicious and filling - we thoroughly enjoyed every course and thought the chef was great. Each meal was a really interesting set of flavours, not just standard stuff.
All the staff are also lovely, really welcoming and happy to help.

Gorgeous spa and hotel. My partner took us here for my birthday and the whole experience was amazing. The spa facilities were beautiful with lovely countryside views. The food was even better than we were expecting and the swim up bar cocktails were 10/10. Could not fault the staff or service, everyone was so friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Tried the Tuesday afternoon package which included 4 hours in the spa plus lunch & a drink; honestly, I thought 4 hours might feel too long but there’s so many different pools and chill areas that the time flew by.
Lunch and drinks were so yummy, and their signature cocktails are definitely worth trying! The staff were also super friendly which made the whole experience even better.
It wasn't overbooked, so sometimes even had whole pools to myself, which was nice and helped to feel more relaxed!
Already counting down to my next self-care day… will definitely be booking again 💆♀️💖
