Leonardo Hotel Nottingham

Nice hotel but noticed on the last day the bed I was sleeping on had a ginormous deep brown stain at the end of it underneath the sheets on the mattress where someone had most likely sat in their own urine. Beds should be thrown out and replaced if they're in such a condition. I can forgive it to some degree though because the price was great and the location was excellent.

Came with my granddaughter to celebrate her 21st birthday. Got a really good Groupon deal enhanced further by joining the Leonardo Advantage Club. The hotel staff were excellent on reception and in the bar area; very helpful and friendly. Hotel convenient for the railway station and enjoyed the short walk into town via the canal towpath. Spacious, clean and comfortable room with two large, comfortable beds. Appreciated the bath tub in the bathroom. The only ‘even better if…’ for me was I did bring my own pillow, and was glad of it, as both me and my granddaughter found the pillows uncomfortable. Thank you for a lovely stay. Would recommend.

Beautiful hotel with fantastic environments and scenes. The staff are very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and very approachable. Location is great with good proximity to everything you need. We had a wonderful time. Keep up the great service and before l forget the breakfast is yummmmmmmie.

Just took 3 rooms for the family . Really happy with our choice of hotel - wonderfully clean beautiful rooms. Although the decor was nice in the bedroom the toilets are a bit dated but still clean . But what is sweet is the friendly front desk staff handsome Mr jack and beautiful Miss Isabelle. So good to come to a hotel and be greeted with a cheerful spirit and not some frosty fierce staff .
