The room was modern but had dirty walls and cobwebs, the floor wasn't vaccumed. Only chose it because it said parking available but there isn't even any street parking and definitely none provided. Dodgy neighbourhood. The room might have had a nice view of the graveyard but the double glazing was compromised and misty between the layers so couldn't see out. We had to provide a deposit and passport information which felt invasive and untrustworthy. The elevator was broken and looks like it's been that way for at least a year from previous reviews.
Wouldn't recommend
Just spent 6 nights here. We loved it. Super clean, spotless room on arrival, was very quiet for the first few nights.
The only issue we had was with a few guests who turned up later. One couple were polite and considerate. The other couple didn't speak English and were very loud and inconsiderate and basically rude.
If you are to book here just bare in mind there are no staff to regulate behaviour of guests, so be ready to either give people a telling or if that's not your style, go somewhere else.
If you don't mind having a social conscience then get booking because the hotel itself and it's cleaners were fantastic.
If you like a very dirty room, huge spiders and loud noise from guests who don’t have common sense then this is the place for you.
The room was not even clean upon arrival it was shocking (even found blood on the walls and sick in the toilet brush holder) you really need to get better cleaners because you are paying them to do nothing, that’s if you have any. Was even greeted by a huge massive spider. A £150 hold charge is not great, when the room is left in a disgusting state from the previous guest.
The very loud noise in the middle of the night should not be heard when there are other guest, it’s a good job you don’t allow young guest.

This spot was perfect for a weekday away—clean room and a fantastic location right near the town center. We really didn't need more. I'm giving four stars just because of a few tiny issues: We personally prefer firmer mattresses. Also, since there's a kitchen, it could use a small table or breakfast bar with two chairs instead of just the one. Just a heads-up, the rooms aren't super soundproof 😜. Overall, a very pleasant stay, and we will definitely be back.
Great stay here at Dwell City Living! Flew in very earlier and notified the company if I could check-in early. They were very accommodating and got me in as soon as they were done cleaning. Highly recommend!! The room was very clean and had plenty of space. Quiet room overall.
