Fantastic hotel! Stayed here prior to our wedding and the staff kindly arranged an early check-in so I had somewhere to get ready before the ceremony, which was hugely appreciated. Communication throughout was excellent, and even after we checked out they helped us track down some lost property!
The room was clean, tidy, and had everything we needed, our only regret was not getting to spend more time in it! Breakfast was also fantastic and reasonably priced.
The room rate felt a little on the high side, but overall the quality of service and stay definitely reflected that. You get what you pay for!
We had a truly excellent stay in this really lovely hotel. The staff were super kind and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We had a delicious evening meal and breakfast in the dining room and our room was spacious and clean with the option of complimentary prosecco and tiramisu. Would highly recommend.
We've stayed a few times and always receive a warm welcome and exceptional service from the team. The rooms are lovely and we are always happy to enjoy the daily homemade cakes in the room. Breakfast, lunch or dinner is always delicious and the location is excellent.
Best hotel in Sheffield and perfectly located! My partner and I booked out most of Brocco to accommodate family and friends for our wedding. The staff were friendly and attentive, and helped make it really special for us. The rooms are clean and beautifully decorated (especially The Dovecote) and provided the perfect setting for hair, makeup and general getting-ready for the big day. We also enjoyed a delicious hearty breakfast the morning after the wedding. Can't recommend Brocco enough!
Room nice staff at night lovely. Way too expensive to be woken up by constant banging by cleaners in the morning. Literally no respect at all for the customers. It would have been 0 stars if it wasn’t for Richard the night before being so friendly. Never staying here again after this appalling morning.
